Great service, up-to-date equipment and procedures, and they are up-front about costs.

Finally started seeing a dentist regularly at 19, which by then was far too late. Now that I'm 33 and financially stable, unlike my teens and 20s, I decided to finally invest in myself and my confidence. I would like to start by saying the experience was NOT for me. It was quite traumatizing for me, and borderlines being mentally abused by them. Let me explain, you go in and it's a beautiful office full of friendly people. Plenty of amenities while you wait. Comfy chairs, and couches. Then you go into a room, I had a very friendly woman that was understanding and compassionate, talk to me about my goals with my teeth, and history. Totally normal. Then the financial person Chris came in. He was pleasant , but not so in touch with the sensitive aspect of the situation. He asked if he could film , for training and quality, it'll stay "in house" like what am I to say? No? It was just awkward. A little intrusive given the sensitivity of the situation. Then you go back to the chair. You go over a few more things, get high definition pics of your mouth , with little explanation. Then you get your 360 X-rays. Go back and discuss. They put a picture of my shit ass teeth on a 40+ inch flat screen side by side of an ai pic of what could look like. I almost cried, and I don't so that. I almost cried because I felt so violated. I know what they look like now, and clearly know what they would look like if they were perfect. I did not need myself on a flat screen in an open area with people walking by and 3 people (a dentist, financial advisor and dental assistant) staring at my legit trauma. It was a lot for someone in my situation. I expressed the whole time let's do xray, then financial consult to see what I could do, before doing all the what ifs. But instead was put through the above, all after being told I was lucky if my current teeth don't snap at the gums in 3 months. Just to be then sat down, at the end, to see financially what we could do, just to be told I wasn't pre qualified. Which makes no sense given my credit score and financial income. So then I ask what my options are. As we also talked about crowns and fixing what I do have , giving me another 10 good years with my natural teeth. Or maybe we go the denture route. But then it was explained that they do the pulling and immediate but then ship yah out somewhere else. It was more or less like well you were declined for pre approval so good luck. So my thing is this, unless you've got really good teeth, or a shit ton of money. Don't waste your time. I have dental insurance but we didn't even discuss that and what it could do for my current teeth. Wish I could say the Amazing things everyone else did. Alls I can say is I feel worse coming out then I did going in. So thank you for that.
