After a couple of sessions with this therapist I felt that my anxiety was getting worse every time I was scheduled to meet her . I discussed this with my daughter and she said mom rely on your faith and find a faith based therapist. I prayed and prayed on it and finally found Damale at Forerunner. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for her for helping me thru this difficult time in my life . She prayed with me before and after my sessions - she provided me with scriptures to refer to in the Bible and techniques on how to cope when I was having my anxiety. After a couple is sessions I was finally able to get off my daily medication to deal with the anxiety. I thank God first but mostly for giving Damale the foresight to help me navigate through that difficult time .
