For example, having the air conditioning and heat going on at the same time would eventually cause risk of wear and tear the heating & air condition, causing us to have a new unit installed, being professionals that should have never happened. Also, when taking out the old furnace, you used no covering and left pieces of stuff everywhere that they didn't clean up and a mark on my wall that will not come out. Perhaps if the worker concentrated and spent more time on the job rather than being unprofessional, installing the furnace job would have been done correctly in the first place. Approximately we have spent roughly $11,600.00. It's unnecessary getting the service done from this company in the future. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

About a year later call them out to take a look at the air handler; paid an $80 service fee and was told that it needed to be completely replaced. It took over 6 months and 2 visit to my home for them to give me an estimate for replacement with no price breakdown. Just a vague list of charges and a total price. Told Lacey that the estimate was unacceptable and was told "we don't provide a breakdown of price because it'll make the price go up". So unprofessional and inefficient. I wouldn't hire these people at all and AHS should really stop using them. Run the other way if you are considering using these people.
