I've been to a lot of Conoco gas stations driving across this great land, but Dan was on to something special when he selected this spot in lovely Belfield to establish this one. While I didn't have the distinct pleasure of meeting Dan, or any of Dan's family, or any of his friends, or anyone that knew Dan, or anyone who could confirm or deny that Dan was a real person, I did stop here to top off my tank as a storm was bearing down on us from the West. My pop-up trailer-camper fit through the pumps and large lot just fine, and at $2.89/gallon, it's a buck cheaper than SoCal gasoline. I mean, it wouldn't make sense to drive here for it. Pretty far, actually. Inside the store, prepare for the eager mirth that is the small town Interstate convenience store attached to a gas station. Clean restrooms with snarky signs about "customers only... so go buy something" or something like that. I don't know, I just dropped a couple of Andy Jacksons on gas and ice, so I qualified. So on 06/28/2025 My family and I stopped in because we have wanted to let our son who is 12 and autistic and my mom and my wife wanted to use the bathroom facilities. The owner the old man came out harassing and screaming at us and shoved my 12 year old son who is disabled that we could not use the restroom and accused us of trashing his restroom in which we did not we live in Williston and I explained to him tha we resident of Williston north dakota and he continued to harras me and my family. Thus us an outrage that a rickety old man would make an accusation and shove myv12 year old son who was only trying to go to the bathroom. Stopped in because the lot was empty and were avoiding crowds. We make it a priority to purchase whenever we stop to use the restrooms because we get it. I took our daughter in first while husband cleaned out garbage. I got harassed upon leaving without purchasing (which we intended to do when my husband took his turn coming in) and then he was also harassed before he hardly got in the door so we just left without using the restroom. Very uncomfortable. No wonder the lot was empty. read more

this is the friendliest station and not as busy as the one across the street, EXCELLENT POPCORN made fresh daily, everybody is very helpful, the restrooms are fully remodeled and very nice and clean. They have a great selection of snacks and touristy items. I have been buying my gas here for 4 years as I drive back and forth from Williston to SD. read more
