From the very first meeting, I knew he was the attorney I needed. Jeremy was sincere, truly listened to me, and was very BOLD -- which is exactly what my case required. My case has been going on for two years, and throughout that entire time Jeremy has remained steady, strategic, and strong. He handled my divorce with professionalism and confidence, helped me settle property matters, and was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. During one of the most difficult times in my life, he acted quickly to put an EPO in place when protection was needed, and ultimately helped secure a DVO to protect my children and me. That gave me peace of mind that I cannot put into words. I also have to recognize Kristen W., who plays a huge role behind the scenes. She keeps everything running smoothly -- answering calls when Jeremy is in court, organizing paperwork, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. More importantly, she was there for me emotionally. She understood my fears and worries about my kids and was always supportive, patient, and reassuring when I needed it most. After two long years, I can truly say I'm grateful for how my case was handled and for the protection and stability they helped secure for my children and me. They was worth every penny! Jeremy and Kristen make an incredible team. I highly recommend Jeremy and his office to anyone who needs a strong, compassionate, and dedicated attorney.

So my son had to receive his own CD and information to take to him again or find another attorney because it went upstairs. I thought he'd be a great attorney, but not being there and keeping my son from being put on drug testing for a non drug criminal offense is bull. He's homeless and no cat just setting him up for failure. That's not right at all. Hell show up for another 2000.00 he just evolved 1000.00 to show up for 5 minutes. Come on please you attorney make more money than you know what's Good for you. Aldridge thinks he's number one I guess. Maybe he's just best friends with the prosecutor anyhow he should have been there for my son to answer the question ⁉ about why? Hired Wes Durham for divorce representation. He failed to give basic guidance and acted like I…read moreshould magically know everything I needed to do- like I get a divorce every day. When I pointed it out, he got angry instead of helping. His clerks were rude and even blamed me for their mistakes. He bragged about his own house instead of focusing on mine. And despite me arriving 15 minutes early, he left me sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I paid for legal support and got dismissiveness, arrogance, and wasted time. Retiring or not, clients deserve better. To make matters worse, Mr. Durham delayed releasing my case file after I terminated services until I threatened them with contacting the Kentucky Bar Association, dragging out an already stressful process. I was expecting a refund, however, they wanted to charge me even MORE than what I'd already paid. His final invoice was padded with excessive charges- $75 for a single summary letter and hundreds more for redundant 'review' and 'emails.' Even basic client communication was billed as though it were complex litigation. After I disputed the charges, the firm only waived the remaining balance when I made it clear I was ready to involve the Kentucky Bar Association. That's twice I had to threaten them with the Bar Association, and they caved both times. Beware.
