Nick Pearl ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! He will TAKE YOUR MONEY for…read moreretainer fee then throw you to the wolves He picks and chooses his battles! After takeover a stack to show up in court and not fit for you he will tell you he can't help you and best of luck! Smh Worst ATTORNEY IN ELIZABETHTOWN I would not even give him 1 single star but it made me He cares NOTHING ABOUT HIS CLIENTS after getting your retainer fee! Seems like all he cares about representing is junkies and feins they know will be repeat an offenders they can scam! He is to old to care Least he could do is return your thousand dollars but that would be to much like right he will show up 1 time to screw you over! Then wish you the best smh Karma is doing him in that's why he can hardly walk! I'm sure it will carry over in his after life! God knows how sorry he is and justice in after life shall prevail to people of this nature! I mean that with the most sincerity in me!

Nick Pearl is by far the worst Attorney I've ever come across. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY! He will…read moretell you EXACTLY what you want to hear. Then after you sign that check his tune changes real quick. I totally understand they can not guarante the outcome of any case. And I also understand they cannot predict the future. But what nick did to us was down right DIRTY! Nick told us that our case had a potential to take to trial and possibly beat it. So looking at years we decided to get a loan and hire him. He told us at that time that he had vast experience with these types of cases and would love the opportunity to try to fight it in court. As soon as we gave him the check even his attitude toward us changed. He suddenly seemed annoyed and bothered by us. One time my fiancée called him from the jail and he literally hung up on him! I went to his office and asked him to go to the jail to have my fiancée sign a POA for me! He said no I'm not going there it's a huge hassle! When the time came for our trial. He literally told us "I did some research and these cases are brutal in court I really think you should take the plea" what!!!!!!! You literally told us you had experience with these cases and we had a fighting chance! Now your saying you all the sudden did some more research and we're shit out of Luck?!?!?!?!?!? Basically bottoms line is he is buddy's with the Prosecuting Attorney and over lunch they decide together what kind of plea they want to offer his client. so they are in cahoots together! Not helping his client one bit! karama will bite him in the rear one of these days!

Greta Noe represented me in my divorce case. In the beginning she seemed very helpful, but overall…read moreshe was not very accessible and I felt like a lot of my paperwork was thrown together at the last minute. In one instance I emailed her with a question about something that I thought might affect the court's decision about who would be the primary parent that my child resided with and she took almost 3 weeks to answer. (She did acknowledge that she overlooked the email but didn't even apologize for the oversight.) In the end I was divorced and my son lives primarily with me...but my ex and I were able to resolve things peacefully, so this isn't necessarily a testimony to her 'legal skills'. I thought that would be the end of the divorce, and my dealings with this law office, but when I went to change my name I found out that it hadn't been changed on the final divorce decree, even though the paperwork my ex and I signed stated that it needed to be changed!!! They are supposed to be fixing this without any further cost to me, so I will keep my fingers crossed and hope that I am not put on the back burner again. I guess what I am saying is that this firm didn't drop the ball so much that they ruined my life or anything, but I definitely wouldn't recommend Greta Noe. If you choose this firm, go with Mrs. Dowan. (I am not sure she is any better, but I also have no reason to believe ill of her.)

Cassie failed me as a divorce attorney in ways that went far beyond personality or "style." She…read moreaccepted my ex-husband's victim narrative wholesale, did not challenge it, did not ask me to clarify, and then piled on to one part of that narrative while the mediator did the same. I paid dearly for that failure. She is abrasive and unsympathetic to an extreme degree, but worse than that, she does not advocate. Divorce law is not about detached "fairness"- it is about hearing your client, testing the other side's narrative, and protecting the person you represent. She did none of those things. I was not kept adequately informed about the financial consequences I was facing. While she claimed she couldn't give an exact number, she absolutely could have warned me that I was going to be forced to hand over more than $30,500 to a deadbeat ex-husband. That kind of omission is not neutral, it is irresponsible. If you are someone who expects your lawyer to actually be on your side, think very carefully. Based on my experience and the consistent pattern reflected in other reviews, Cassie lacks the temperament required for divorce and custody law. If she wants to practice law impartially, she should return to criminal work. People going through divorce are vulnerable, and she is not fit for that role.

I started looking for an attorney back in 2023. I went to several offices and had multiple…read moreconsultations, but none of them felt right until I walked into Jeremy's office. From the very first meeting, I knew he was the attorney I needed. Jeremy was sincere, truly listened to me, and was very BOLD -- which is exactly what my case required. My case has been going on for two years, and throughout that entire time Jeremy has remained steady, strategic, and strong. He handled my divorce with professionalism and confidence, helped me settle property matters, and was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. During one of the most difficult times in my life, he acted quickly to put an EPO in place when protection was needed, and ultimately helped secure a DVO to protect my children and me. That gave me peace of mind that I cannot put into words. I also have to recognize Kristen W., who plays a huge role behind the scenes. She keeps everything running smoothly -- answering calls when Jeremy is in court, organizing paperwork, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. More importantly, she was there for me emotionally. She understood my fears and worries about my kids and was always supportive, patient, and reassuring when I needed it most. After two long years, I can truly say I'm grateful for how my case was handled and for the protection and stability they helped secure for my children and me. They was worth every penny! Jeremy and Kristen make an incredible team. I highly recommend Jeremy and his office to anyone who needs a strong, compassionate, and dedicated attorney.

So my son had to receive his own CD and information to take to him again or find another attorney because it went upstairs. I thought he'd be a great attorney, but not being there and keeping my son from being put on drug testing for a non drug criminal offense is bull. He's homeless and no cat just setting him up for failure. That's not right at all. Hell show up for another 2000.00 he just evolved 1000.00 to show up for 5 minutes. Come on please you attorney make more money than you know what's Good for you. Aldridge thinks he's number one I guess. Maybe he's just best friends with the prosecutor anyhow he should have been there for my son to answer the question ⁉ about why? My son is on drug testing and if that was going to happen he should have let the judge know he had no if right now and no ride cause I'm very sick with heart troubles and can't drive everyday to Elizabethtown from Radcliff when I pass out without knowing it.
