We know lots of realtors and had lots of great choices for who could represent us. We ultimately decided on Matt after sitting down with him for a cup of coffee to see how we all gelled. My wife is very easy going and I am very structured, need a lot of contant attention and like to be kept in the loop, in other words I'm high maintenance. We explained what we were looking for in a property and set Matt to the task. We looked at a few places on our own and had Matt show us a few others. The property we ultimately purchased was a "for sale by owner" which many realtors might shy away from for fear of having to work too hard. Matt was stellar and exceeded our expectations every step of the way and did a great job of keeping us in the loop at all times. He team was on top of all the details and worked well with our finance team behind the scenes to make sure the transaction proceeded smoothly. We would highly recommend Matt Haugen to anyone purchasing a home on the coastside.

We worked with Richard Parham from the Kulda Group…read more Richard is an absolute phenom. He turned the housing process which we thought would be long and frustrating into a walk in the park. Richard goes above and beyond. He prioritizes relationship building over transactional volume, which is the secret to succeeding in business that no one else seems to understand. A good example of this was that when we expanded our search outside the Bay, he had no problem referring us to a new realtor who specializes in the new area and continued to work with us in the Bay. We are so glad that our house was closed with him. He speaks to the listing agents after we leave to get insights that other realtors normally don't get. He ensures our offers are competitive and doesn't waste time. He services more than the peninsula when he talks about the "Bay area". Richard is patient and we looked everywhere with him to find the absolute perfect dream house that we found at the perfect price. We looked all over the bay, went to hayward and San Leandro, followed by pleasant creek and Antioch. Richard will go anywhere with you. Richard knows his stuff. He makes the listing agents we visited look like rookies. We always felt like we were in good hands and if you find your dream house, Richard will make sure that you do what you need to do to win it. After winning the bid, Richard stays on top of the seller and yourself to ensure a smooth and timely close. He will make sure you know what you need to do, he knows what your lender needs to do, and he will hound the seller to ensure the house is in mint condition before it is passed on to you. The service is second to none. We loved working with Richard and will continue to work with him in the future as we grow in the Bay. Thank you Richard for playing a big part in getting us in our dream house.

They were not pushy, but were confident and capable. They worked as quickly as needed without ever pressuring us. Their "home transformation coordinator," Reva, did exactly as her job title promises. Brittany was extremely responsive throughout the process, and also just really pleasant to work with. Juliette is professional and brought her expertise whenever needed. Their transaction coordinators came in and made the tight (14 day) close manageable. We are very happy that we hired them, and would absolutely recommend the Kulda Group to others.

We were thinking of moving from eastern Canada to San Francisco... Some friends with whom Vita…read morehandled their LA to SF move, called her up and she volunteered a day to show us around the peninsula, knowing that this was only a scouting trip and that we might never even move... Okay, so we did decide to move to SF, but couldn't get american financing right away, so we needed to find a place to rent. Again, Vita volunteered her time to look at rental listings and e-mail them to us, and when we came down for a rental-hunting trip, she took us around to view the rentals and make recommendations. So when it came time to actually buy, we knew she'd be a hard-worker for us to satisfy what we were looking for... She had the patience to deal with a really long and drawn-out process (apparently my name is similar to an alias used by some Burmese drug-lord and the stupid mortage company couldn't figure out that we were not the same person) and was with us throughout the whole process. Bottom line- Vita cares.

Hands down, Vita is as good as you can get in a real estate agent!…read more In the last 5 or so years my husband and I have moved 3 times. Once locally, once across the country, and once internationally. Vita managed both our international move and our local move. She knows her stuff, she listens to what you want, she works fast, and to top it off she's great with kids. Our 4 year old ADORES her. It makes a huge difference when you're buying a house and your agent really understands how hard it is to juggle with kids. I don't have a single negative to say in this review. Look her up, give her a call. Vita gets 5 stars!

We relied heavily on Glen's advice and took advantage of his knowledge of HMB in locating the essential services needed to achieve the momentous task of emptying out decades of accumulation. At one point there was a bit of tension during negotiations and Glen masterfully heard our concerns and supported our decision, which resulted in the buyer increasing their offer. In addition, the staff at Glen Mitchell Realty were helpful and knowledgeable during the plethora of documents needed to complete the sale. Thank you Glen Mitchell Realty for helping us through this momentous event.

Even when she's working with other clients, she really makes one feel like she is there for you 24/7. It made us feel like we had a weapon at our disposal. In the end, our story in buying our first home (which is seemingly unbelievable and magical in some way) feels like it wouldn't have been possible without Stephanie next to us. I would not think twice about reccommending her to anyone seeking a professional, intelligent, honest, awesome, sweet, and simply bad-ass real estate agent.

Working with Stephanie at Palermo Properties was a fantastic experience from start to finish…read more Stephanie went above and beyond--she was always available, even while on vacation with a 9-hour time difference. She continued to have weekly calls, followed up with vendors and colleges to ensure everything went smoothly while she was away. Her dedication to the sale of our home in Montara made the process smooth and successful. She helped with everything from finding trustworthy vendors, assisting in obtaining proposals for work needed on the home, and giving advice on what was needed to ascertain the best sale price and ensure our home shined prior to listing. Once vendors were selected, she even met them to ensure the work was top notch. Thanks to her strategic preparation and networking, we received an offer at asking price the day before the home even hit the MLS! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients really set her apart. If you're looking for a hardworking, responsive, and knowledgeable realtor, Stephanie and her team are the people you want in your corner. Highly recommended!

She made sure we were ready in advance to move quickly on the day we found our dream home. And we were! Vanessa moved quickly when we wanted to make an offer and helped us negotiate a great price and her alacrity helped us avoid a bidding war. Once in contract, Vanessa explained all of the subsequent steps to us and got back to us within minutes by text or call if we had questions. We threw her a curve ball when we decided late in the game to switch mortgage brokers to get a better rate but she calmly rolled with it and soothed any concerns the buyer had. We absolutely love our knew house and so does our 3-year-old (who thought it was Vanessa's house). And she came to our Super Bowl/House Warming party - can't recommend her highly enough! Jim
