This place was absolutely not safe for children. I notified management during our stay, but they did not contact us till after we left. They did not seem to care, and I highly recommend staying away from any properties owned by this company. I have dozens of photos showing the mold and the poor state of the house and you cannot capture in picture how bad the first floor smelled.

I had a poor and bad experience with Jennifer Post and Bruce English. Jen Post was my agent who…read morecame across soft spoken and very nice. When it came to supporting me because I was purchasing a new home in Suffolk, Virginia, but lived in Northern Virginia. She did everything except for supporting me. She had many excuses when it came to meeting each and almost eveytime, her son basebal game, sick, accident, etc. It got so bad I contacted her boss Bruce English who can across with a soft voice asking to attend my walk through and closing. Well, his jokes, smiles, and kindness didn't fool me. He was to respond to my email and never did but they cleared approximately over $14,000 and did nothing as realtors. He attended with joke as if he knew me, I'm too old for the dumb games. The seller's agent was the one who helped me through my purchasing the house, stressful times, clarifications, and support. She is the one who should have cleared over $14,000. Jen Post didn't have no knowledge as to what her role was, and Bruce couldn't understand her performance wanting to make excuses for her. I will not let this go without others knowing. I strongly do not recommend this company and definitely do not recommend Jennifer Post as a Real Estate Agent...no matter what others are saying, I'm here to tell the truth but I won't stop here. Bruce the key chain you provide as a gift was a slap in my face, that is why it is in the dumpster. This company is money hungry and doesn't deserve a dime. Be aware.
