My recommendation is to be more specific about the ages of children the business serves and to improve communication with potential customers. I had her do my hair and makeup for 2 different events with completely different styles/vibes, so I really got to see the breadth/versatility of her work. The airbrush makeup had me looking flawless all day and all night long! The person she brought along to help her do my bridesmaids was also very talented, so you can trust Genna to have an excellent partner-in-crime to do your bridal party. Genna even went the extra mile to help my bridesmaids with their dupattas (Indian wedding so this is like a shawl that needs pinning). My dupatta was worn on my head and she did an expert job of pinning without messing up my hair (see photos). I would choose Genna to do my HMU again in a heartbeat! The only downside is that there is no flexibility in decreasing the number of services you're paying for after a certain date. My now mother-in-law decided she didn't want HMU anymore, so luckily I found someone who did otherwise I would have had to eat the cost. I understand the rationale, but just be sure everyone is on board before you can commit to a number of services.

I came to Diana with healthy, jet black, henna dyed hair and was looking to get a color correction. I usually, would DIY lighten my own hair due to my trust issues from a history of my hair being botched by "professionals" at other salons, but there is a lot of risk when bleaching hair that has been previously dyed with henna, so I was not going to take the risk in doing it myself. I was hoping for her to take my jet black hair to somewhere in the blonde range. Diana explained the process thoroughly and told me that it would be just that... a process. Removing henna from the hair can be very risky and results vary, but she reassured me that I would leave her salon looking presentable as though my hair was not going through a transition. She was very attentive to me and my hair as she lightened it. I left her salon with gorgeous hair and lighter results after each appointment. I believe I had 3 appointments total with Diana and the final result was stunning!!!! She did not give me the average, solid haircolor that so many other professionals would. She had lifted my hair to a beautiful ashy blonde with subtle highlights. She gave me a haircolor that looked like I could have been born with it!
