The real estate profession has changed tremendously, especially most recently. Years ago, my Uncle Roy and Aunt Helen were realtors. It was not a full-time effort for either person. I am sure they sold and closed on a few houses for a couple of years. Fast forward to the real estate markets currently. Today, a seller needs a "Professional Realtor". A seller needs someone to guide them through the process of preparing the house prior to listing, setting a realistic listing price, and staging the house properly. The job does not stop there. It continues all the way to the closing. Danielle is a true "Real Estate Professional". We listened and implemented everything Danielle suggested. On average homes in our area sell about 1% over list price and can take on average 48 days to sell. The house went live on Wednesday, with showings starting the next day. We had five offers to consider that Thursday evening. All were above the asking price. Our home sold 9% over list price in 2 days. My wife and I were not surprised due to the fact that we partnered with Danielle, who is a true real estate professional! I highly recommend Danielle to anyone considering selling their home. You need someone who has sold real estate for years. You need someone to explain why they are suggesting that you stage the house a certain way. You need a "Real Estate Professional". Danielle is that person! read more

My husband and I recently purchased our first home, and we could not have asked for a better realtor than Danielle. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Danielle showed us multiple properties, responded to our questions quickly at all hours, and guided us through every step of the process. She helped us submit multiple offers and always made sure we understood our options, while advocating for our best interests. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we were able to secure the best deal possible. What impressed us most was how much she truly looked out for us throughout the entire journey. Buying a first home can feel overwhelming, but Danielle made everything simple, stress-free, and easy to understand. She even helped move our closing date up sooner than expected, which made the experience even better. If you're looking for a realtor who is responsive, trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients, I cannot recommend Danielle enough. We are so grateful for everything she did to help us become homeowners! read more

I first met Danielle while my husband and I were shopping for a home. She was actually the realtor for the house that I considered my "dream home." My husband and I did not have our contract accepted on that home but Danielle knew how much I wanted that house and took it upon herself to contact me directly to let me know that we didn't get it. 3 years later when we were ready to buy again I remembered that thoughtful act and reached out to her because there was no one else I wanted to work with. I mean, who goes out of their way to reach out to a client that isn't theirs?! Reaching out to her proved to be the best decision we could've made! She knew exactly what we were looking for and NEVER tried to pressure us into anything less. She was patient, hopeful, and confident in her ability to find us exactly what we wanted and she did! She was there for every appointment and never left our side. She's not just an incredible realtor, she's an incredible person who has integrity, exhibits generosity, and is selfless in everything she does. read more

A true Professional. We moved to the area from out of state. Danielle was top notch explaining the different areas and communities to use. We went under contract on the first home and ran into some unique issues. Danielle explained the pros/cons and ultimately we moved on. I am a firm believer things happen for a reason. We went under contract on the 2nd home and she was excellent working again to make sure we knew all the things that had to come together. We were not here for most of it, so she was our eyes and ears on the ground. She had said this location was 10x better than the first. It wasn't until after closing I realized -- wow - she was right when she was trying to explain why this home may have been a little more, but worth it for the location. We are very happy she was by our side. We knew she had our back and while we hope to never move again... we would call her if that were to happen. Other than her expertise.. she is a great person, kind, genuine and really goes above throughout the process ....and after! read more

Danielle is an amazing real estate agent! The task of selling acreage, with it's distinct set of challenges, demands a knowledgeable and dedicated individual, and Danielle has proven herself to be just that. In our case, she successfully listed a substantial 9-acre property and meticulously oversaw every aspect of the process, ensuring a seamless transaction from listing through closing. Fabulous marketing! She articulated parts of the property that I could not put to words. This was not limited to the MLS listing description alone; she skillfully incorporated these qualities into compelling signage, effectively drawing local attention to our offering. Topnotch communication skills. Her great communication made the process clear for us and our buyers. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Danielle to anyone in need of a realtor in the Charlotte/Mecklenburg or surrounding areas. Her exceptional skills, dedication, and professionalism make her a standout choice in the real estate industry. read more

If you need a Realtor, Danielle is who you are looking for. I bought my first house at the start of the COVID pandemic. Danielle not only made sure the house buying process was easy but also the navigation of rules and changes in terms of the pandemic. She knows her stuff and she knows the right people to get everything you need in order to buy or sell your home. She had a great team she recommended to get my loan, after I moved in she had contacts from electricians to plumbers and everything in between. Here we are, almost a year a later, and she sent me all the forms I'd need to file my taxes as a new homeowner. These are items I didn't even know I needed. They were in my email before I even had a chance to ask for them. She's the realtor that stays in contact long after the contracts are signed, the closing is over, and keys are exchanged. Danielle was the realtor for the purchase of our first home. Being 850 miles away and having never visited Charlotte before was not an obstacle to finding the perfect house in an excellent location, which was our priority. We told Danielle what we were looking for, and she was immediately ON IT. She helped us navigate the different options and narrow down the neighborhoods suitable for our family. When we found THE house, she managed to get there within a few minutes to do a video walk-through and was just as efficient when we decided to put on an offer. I have no words to express how much I am grateful for having Danielle being part of the entire process, as she ensures everything gets done right and on time. We couldn't have chosen a better real estate agent. 100% recommend. read more

Danielle was amazing as both a buying and selling agent. She really made the entire process smooth and as stress free as possible. When we were buying our new house, Danielle went above and beyond making sure that we were comfortable with the offer that we were making. Her keen eye saved us during the inspection phase, and she helped us get the best value possible. When it comes to selling a house, Danielle had the foresight to guide us in repairs that would bring top dollar and she was able to connect us to different trades that were top notch. If it weren't for Danielle, we would have left money on the table and would be stressed out with all the decisions. Thank you Danielle for being both a professional and a friend as we start our new adventure in our new home. read more

Danielle helped us purchase a property on the internet while we were still living in California. She was our eyes as she took videos of potential properties and sent them to us. When we made our final selection, she handled everything, down to the smallest detail. We closed at a mortgage broker in California, drove a 26' Penske truck cross country and moved in within a month. Danielle was awesome to work with, respected the 3 hour time zone difference and truly acted as if it was her own purchase. I highly, highly recommend her for all of your needs. She is thorough, exacting in detail and truly goes over and above to accomplish your goal. We absolutely love our home and wouldn't change a thing about how it all happened! Gloria Jones read more

Danielle is one of the best agents we've ever worked with. We hired her to sell a property of ours that hadn't sold the last time we tried to sell it. Danielle took characteristics of the house that we thought were negatives and found a way to present them as unique positives to prospective buyers. Danielle tells it like it is, which is very important when you're a seller. You need someone who knows the market inside and out to tell you the truth- even if it's not exactly what you want to hear. It was refreshing to have that level of transparency and honesty. Ultimately Danielle got our property under contract almost immediately, and we are so grateful! We highly recommend her!!! read more

We contacted Danielle to sell our home.  Little did we know we would have a kitchen fire that would completely delay our perfect timeline.  She was on it from start to finish. She hired the stager, kept us up to date, and was very knowledgeable.  We ended up deciding not to move.  This had nothing to do with her as a Realtor®.  Our needs just changed.  She was beyond understanding and agreed it was the best for our family.  She truly wants what is best for her clients, and not just her income.  I will highly recommend to anyone I know who wants an agent who goes out her way to make moving easier and will surpass your expectations on what a Realtor® does. read more
