Her engagement and passion rubbed off on me. Melissa was very accessible by text or phone. Her network of contacts (stager, contractors) is excellent. We can't say enough good things about working with Danielle! The entire process of listing our home…read morefor sale and then closing went smoothly. She truly is a real estate expert with extensive knowledge and experience in the South Charlotte housing market. In fact, she has had several closings in our exact neighborhood (Wilshire). Her attention to detail and her communication is stellar. She gave us helpful suggestions on clearing out items and staging our home, and even brought addition décor to ensure the entire home looked beautiful and inviting for photographs and showings. Danielle presented us with extensive research and options for the listing price of our home. She then went above and beyond the call of duty by meeting the appraiser at our home, armed with comps and detailed home and neighborhood information. The appraiser was impressed as no other agent had done that before. Our home appraised as expected and our closing went as planned with no delays. We highly recommend Danielle Edwards and would certainly use her again and/or refer our friends and family to use her as well.

We want to thank Danielle for everything she has done and continues to do for us. At the beginning…read moreof our home buying process we reached out to Danielle and several other realtors for an interview. She came into our meeting extremely prepared and showcased her expansive knowledge of the Charlotte housing market and the home buying process. Danielle was honest, upfront, and ensured us she would guide us through the stressful process of being first time homebuyers! After our interview it was clear she was the realtor we wanted to work with. After only looking at three houses we found the one! Knowing how fast houses can go in Charlotte, Danielle immediately sat down with us to prepare our offer letter and explain the next steps. This took a few hours and we left feeling excited, confident, and knowledgeable. With multiple offers already on the house we knew Danielle was going to get the job done - and she did! In the weeks leading up to closing Danielle was available to answer any of our questions, no matter how many questions we asked or what time it was. She took the time to handle things like setting up our home inspection and going through the report with us and setting up appointments for contractors to come out and give us estimates on upgrades and repairs. She checked in often and made sure we were ahead of schedule for any tasks we needed to complete. She made home buying a fun, exciting, and stress free. We felt confident going into closing because of all of the hard work, care, and time she put in. Even now, after closing, Danielle checks in on us, provides recommendations for contractors, and follows up on any questions or concerns we have. She has truly gone above and beyond what we ever expected of a realtor. We couldn't have done this without Danielle and we would recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell!

Brian Belcher listed our house in Matthews and had it under contract in three days. We were…read morerelocating to Florida and needed the sale to go clean. Brian priced it at $525,000, which was a deliberate call based on how he read Matthews buyers moving this summer. He was right. We had a sight-unseen offer at $535,000 on day two, eighteen showings that first weekend, and five written offers by the end of the week. We went under contract at $552,000, twenty-seven thousand over list. He earned it again during due diligence, walking us through which parts of the asks were actually supported and which were not, then delivered a counter the buyers accepted immediately. Half the ask, no drama, and the closing date never moved. The whole way through he was clearly working our side of the table, which was our number one priority after previously having bad experiences with seller side realtors not representing us appropriately. He knows Matthews, he gave us a straight read every time we asked for one, and he made it easy to sell a house from another state. Cannot recommend Brian & his team enough!
