He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. On the buying side, he was a great guide & we closed without issues, in the neighborhood I was shooting for & within my budget.

He provides very clear communication regardless if you prefer calls/emails/text, and he was very accessible throughout the whole process. This was especially important as we were buying from out of state with the intention of moving to Austin soon. Kiel gave us recommendations for what pricing to start with and helped with negotiations as well as giving a recommendation for a home inspector so that we would be well prepared on the condition of the house during the option period. Negotiations were data-driven with comps in the area and he also provides monthly market analysis. I would definitely recommend Kiel for home buyers!

He helped me sort through my priorities and ultimately find exactly the house I was looking for. Over the years, we regularly kept in touch about the market and my home's value. When it came time for me to move, there was no question that I wanted Carson to be my seller's agent as well. His advice on pre-sale preparation and pricing made a real difference. We received an offer within two weeks, while many other units in my development had been sitting on the market much longer, even after price adjustments. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.

Well, they worked with Lori to purchase three homes in the past few years, and their parents also worked with Lori when buying a downtown condo and a lake house. Lori listened to our needs and wants, respected our budget, and never pushed us to put an offer on a house we didn't love. We dealt with quite a few different sellers' agents throughout the process, and Lori stayed on top of everything to make sure we received the prompt answers we needed. (Some of the sellers' agents were surprisingly slow which goes to show that not all agents are created equal.) I never sent Lori an email without receiving a quick response, and every text and voicemail went answered. As a bonus, Lori was fun to be around! I highly recommend Lori for your home buying and selling needs. Tell her Lisa and Chad sent you :)

After a busy weekend of showings Amber called us and gave us 9 offers all above listing. Amber gave her professional opinion about the offers we should consider and even offered to negotiate a better offer from the two most interested buyers. When Amber called to tell us that our counter offer was met we were so delighted. *The only other review here is something I would avoid because…read more 1. He never really used her and he's only written one review. But here's my review: I had a few goals. 1. Sell the house - while not spending much to fix it up - sell for the most I can. - not be stuck doing a lot of meetings and paper work - we're busy enough moving ____ Amber ran the numbers in my neighborhood, and gave me a ball park of what she thought my house would go for. Honestly, she was cool with my decisions and gave coaching/feedback if she thought I could use some help. We priced a little higher than what she thought it would sell for so that people could bargain down a little - everyone needs to feel like they got a deal. Amber got me information where I knew at what posted selling price what I would end up with after all fees were paid. Joey - Amber's marketing arm helped take me through my house telling me what I needed to do to make it have more appeal. Now, I did most of the stuff, but I didn't do everything and I didn't feel pressured to do everything. I had the option of cleaning the place myself or getting recommended contractors to help. Joey arranged for a photographer that also took aerial shots. Lionel - the closing coordinator was accessible via text, email, and phone all day every day. Our house went on the market late on a Thursday and we had 3 offers by Monday. *Now this is where Amber's expertise really kicked in. When you got a cash offer, a offer with a contingency and more, you got a lot to weigh. Taxes, fees, contingency, appraisers, requests for repairs, etc. Later on, we got another higher cash offer. Later on the buyer's appraisal team ran into some issues getting their appraiser out. We were afraid we were going to lose the buyer. Instead, we were able to let them move in and set up a lease for them to pay us per day until the all the paperwork got done. Did I mentioned that I needed the house to get sold quickly because we had a baby on the way? Did I mention that all the documents to be signed were done online? Via emails and DocuSign - I did some on my iPhone. Did I mention that there were other similar models of my house on sale in the neighborhood and mine was the oldest? Times have changed in the real estate market, and Amber is on top of things. I had links that showed me how many people had viewed my house virtually each day. I got an email alert every time someone walked into the house and when they left. It's not just putting an ad in the newspaper and a sign on your front lawn. Once I was done cleaning the house, I was done with the place. I didn't want to step into my old house again. I just wanted it sold. If you want someone who has the tech and the team to make things happen, contact Amber.

Jacquelyn exceeded our expectations. After our lot sold, we had Jacquelyn list our house. Jacquelyn sat down with my wife and I to share her assessment of our house.
