Did not respond for few days had to keep messaging. Apartment rental was not at all what it looked like in the pictures. Kept many waiting for open house, no call, nothing. When she finally showed up over a half and hour and then she opened the door to let us in the smell was overwhelming. Looked as if the entire basement looked as a garage converted but the smell was horrible. This apartment had a major flood, seems to be prone to flooding. NO info given on that either. I will not be using this broker for anything going forward. Horrible experience. If I could give a lower review I would. Horrible. read more

Daniela was one of the nicest and most thorough real estate agents I have every worked with. If you want to find a great apartment, in a good building, in a great location, it is a MUST that you go to Realty Executives and work with Daniela and Carmela. I have tried the Craigslist route, but you never get what you see and you don't have people who understand the business on your side. My boyfriend and I had fairly specific criteria of what we wanted, and within a few hours Daniela had lined up four or five apartments for us to see. She made sure everything we saw was in our budget and met our criteria. Since we are both teachers and couldn't look at apartments until the evenings or weekends, Daniela made sure to get access to the apartments at all hours and was ready to work with us at whatever time worked for us. This was true even if it meant 8 at night on a weekday or 9 in the morning on a weekend. Throughout the process Daniela stayed in constant contact with us. I told her it was hard to talk on the phone during the work day, so she happily texted or e-mailed me with any important updates. When we found one we liked but needed some time to think about it, Daniela made sure we had additional access to give the place more consideration. She negotiated with the landlords and got our names on top of their list. I was really happy with her attention to detail, but what happened next really solidified my loyalty. The place we loved happened to have some skeptical landlords. They had been burned in the past so were acting overly cautious. To make a long story short, Daniela helped us out of a potentially bad situation and immediately found a whole different slew of apartments for us to look at. Daniela really made us feel special. Daniela is not only a great realtor but a great person. I was down to my last day in my current lease and she was able to make the time to show me multiple listings on extremely short notice; she worked with my schedule and was extremely punctual. After the showings I could honestly say that all of them fit my criteria and literally all of them were better than anything other realtors had taken me to. Daniela then put a rush on my paperwork, tracked down the landlord and scheduled a sit down. We met (Daniela, myself and the landlord) and 9pm and negotiated and signed paperwork for over two hours.
