Daniela is amazing! My boyfriend and I were looking for a larger space in Astoria on very very short notice. She was able to get us into our dream spot in less than 2 days! In the days after our move she made sure all inquiries were answered as well. We had a bunch of questions and concerns we had not thought of initially. Even though she'd already been paid, she always answered our calls and texts and went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed and were comfortable. I know from experience that not all realtors will do this for their clients, and I have no doubt she will continue to do so in the future as well. Daniela clearly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Daniela if you're looking for a great realtor! You will not be disappointed! read more

Daniela is by far the best agent I ever worked with. On top of being highly professional, friendly and reliable, she showed us multiple apartments all within the long list of requirements we shared with her. All apartments had different strength and she made sure we would be happy with the result! I highly recommend her! read more

Did not respond for few days had to keep messaging. Apartment rental was not at all what it looked like in the pictures. Kept many waiting for open house, no call, nothing. When she finally showed up over a half and hour and then she opened the door to let us in the smell was overwhelming. Looked as if the entire basement looked as a garage converted but the smell was horrible. This apartment had a major flood, seems to be prone to flooding. NO info given on that either. I will not be using this broker for anything going forward. Horrible experience. If I could give a lower review I would. Horrible. read more

Daniela is incredible!! She found me 2 different, beautiful apartments to rent over the past 4 years. She goes above and beyond to find a place that fulfills your desires and make it happen! Daniela was one of the nicest and most thorough real estate agents I have every worked with. If you want to find a great apartment, in a good building, in a great location, it is a MUST that you go to Realty Executives and work with Daniela and Carmela. I have tried the Craigslist route, but you never get what you see and you don't have people who understand the business on your side. My boyfriend and I had fairly specific criteria of what we wanted, and within a few hours Daniela had lined up four or five apartments for us to see. She made sure everything we saw was in our budget and met our criteria. Since we are both teachers and couldn't look at apartments until the evenings or weekends, Daniela made sure to get access to the apartments at all hours and was ready to work with us at whatever time worked for us. This was true even if it meant 8 at night on a weekday or 9 in the morning on a weekend. Throughout the process Daniela stayed in constant contact with us. I told her it was hard to talk on the phone during the work day, so she happily texted or e-mailed me with any important updates. When we found one we liked but needed some time to think about it, Daniela made sure we had additional access to give the place more consideration. She negotiated with the landlords and got our names on top of their list. I was really happy with her attention to detail, but what happened next really solidified my loyalty. The place we loved happened to have some skeptical landlords. They had been burned in the past so were acting overly cautious. To make a long story short, Daniela helped us out of a potentially bad situation and immediately found a whole different slew of apartments for us to look at. Daniela really made us feel special. She worked for us, not for herself. She wanted to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. It was such a great experience I have already referred a bunch of friends to her. Thank you Daniela, for all you did for us! read more

We truly owe are new happiness to Daniela. We were in a tough last minute moving situation and Daniela made the stressful process feel easy. She worked with us when we needed her most and was in constant communication with us for the many questions we had. 5+ stars! Thank you Daniela! read more

My partner and I had an excellent experience working with Daniela to find our new apartment in Astoria. She was immediately responsive, motivated, and continuously went above and beyond to find us places that were a good fit. Our experience with her was also very personalized, and we could tell she really cared about finding us places that matched our needs and goals. She welcomed communication for whatever was needed and had many amazing connections in this area. She was always extremely kind, professional, and responsive. Daniela is a great choice when looking for your next place. She will show you a various amount of apartments to consider, all the while she remains interested in what you are looking for. Concerned your bed might not fit- never fear, she makes sure to bring out the tape measure to ensure adequate spacing is available. Daniela also made sure to point out the pros AND cons of apartments- according to your specifications- meaning she is there to accommodate you! Would absolutely recommend her to newcomers searching for their first place, or repeat lovers of the area. Daniela knows her stuff and will give it her all to get you exactly what you're looking for, a good price, and an ease when getting all things in order for signing. read more

She made a situation that could be a bit stressful, feel like an absolute breeze. I'm so excited for my new place and it's all thanks to her!! She truly is the best, I can't say it enough! read more

Mt girlfriend and I were looking for an apartment in Astoria and had a few criteria that we were really looking for and within a specific budget. We had talked to other realtors and done the Craigslist searches but just weren't finding what we wanted. I had used this company before to look for an apartment when I moved to NYC and we decided to reach out to see what they had to offer. We contacted Daniela and told her what we were looking for and what our budget was and she said she would find some places for us to look at. She was very willing to work with our schedule which was a little surprising as I have a very chaotic work schedule and work late most nights. She showed us 4 places in one night and we got back to her the next afternoon. She was very responsive and was in contact with us through the whole ordeal. We were able to get everything settled and done in no time at all. She was an absolute dream to work with and I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the city. If I end up looking for another place I will definitely reach out to her first. read more

We bought our house through Daniela 3 years ago after viewing many houses with her for about 1 year. Daniela knew this house was perfect for our needs, as she was careful to understand our "must haves", ideal location, and budget. She made sure that we were among the first to see the house, and she negotiated on our behalf to help us seal the deal! Later on, I referred my family member to her to sell their house. Daniela has also rented my apartment 2 times over, finding us lovely tenants in a timely manner. She is extremely knowledgable about the NYC market, professional, hard working, and punctual. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience to work with her. I highly recommend Daniela for all of your real estate needs! read more

Daniela was great to work with. Although we ended up renting through a different agent, we saw a few apartments with Daniela. She took the time to understand what our needs were, and arranged to see places that lined up with both our budget and wants. read more

Daniela is the best agent I have worked with in New York, hands down. She showed me excellent apartments that fit perfectly within my parameters. She is prompt, not pushy, and thorough. Highly recommended. read more

We LOVED working with Daniela. She is responsive, reliable, caring and professional. She listened carefully to our needs and never made us feel as if our desires were unreasonable. What I liked most was that she never pressured us or gave us the "broker's speech" about pricing/the competitive apartment market. We felt like she had our best interests in mind the entire time. We are happy to say she found us a beautiful apartment and, though it never feels good paying a broker's fee, we feel that Daniela made it worth the cost. read more

Daniela is not only a great realtor but a great person. I was down to my last day in my current lease and she was able to make the time to show me multiple listings on extremely short notice; she worked with my schedule and was extremely punctual. After the showings I could honestly say that all of them fit my criteria and literally all of them were better than anything other realtors had taken me to. Daniela then put a rush on my paperwork, tracked down the landlord and scheduled a sit down. We met (Daniela, myself and the landlord) and 9pm and negotiated and signed paperwork for over two hours. During the entire process I felt that Daniela had my back and kept me completely in the loop. Since moving in I've contacted her on numerous occasions about questions and concerns and she has always responded immediately often times in person. I felt she went above and beyond to please both myself and my landlord. We couldn't be happier in our great new apartment. read more

Daniela was great to work with. The day I called she showed us 4 amazing apartments in our budget that met our requirements (in fact, most exceeded anything we could have imagined and we're still in budget!) She never pressured us and allowed us to make the decision on our own time. One week later we were signing the lease and ready to move in! She made everything quick and painless. Moving in NYC is always a hassle and thanks to Daniela it's been a bit less difficult. 10/10 would work with again! read more

I have never left a comment on yelp until now. Having lived in 4 different apartments in 5 years, I felt compelled to recognize the passionate and persistent hard work of Daniela Vlacich. Over the course of two weeks Daniela spent hours with me and my roommates, both as a group and individually, looking for the right apartment. We asked to see apartments twice, continually changed our living requirements, and even had change appointment times last minute due to extraneous circumstances. Not only was Daniela committed to us throughout the entire process, she kept us organized and on-track. She communicated clearly from the on-set of our search which documents we needed to have ready, how the process would work, and gave only realistic expectations while staying positive and optimistic through our struggles. I never thought I would enjoy the apartment hunting process, however, it seems there are still genuinely kind and hard-working people looking to do right. Thank you Daniela!! read more
