I just had the best private yoga lesson I've ever had. Daniela Tanner is able to really get to the root of issues and finds effective ways of helping. Instead of trying to have me follow her way of looking at the world, she listens to me and uses my philosophy. For example, I see the world through more Pagan eyes with the 4 elemental system - Air, Fire, Water, and Earth (5th is Spirit). Each has a corresponding time for meditation. I originally met Daniela at a sexuality retreat in Mexico. We were partnered to work together for several of the practices. I was initially nervous about being able to open up and be so vulnerable with someone I had just met. Daniela immediately made me feel comfortable. Her energy was one of complete acceptance and compassion. She walked me through an amazing laughter orgasm and held space beautifully as I dove into releasing years of suppressed physical trauma and grief. Once the retreat was over Daniela and I continued to work together. I wanted to feel a deeper connection to my sexuality - not for a partner, but for me. I wanted to feel confidently sexy in all aspects of my life and see myself as the woman I knew I was. I desired to know my sexual boundaries, to feel confident in saying both 'no' and 'yes'.
