Doesn't request my discovery until days before my trial. He never gets it and I don't hear what the police report says until it's read in the courtroom. That's when Anton couldn't secure a deal other than a stet (did not help me for my career field). I told him take it in front of the judge the judge asks me why I didn't complete community service in advance ( like all the other people with private attorneys did before me). I said I did not know too, I would've if I was instructed too. The judge knew Antons father so he basically gave us a weird look and gave me a PBJ with 16 hrs of community service. This doesn't help me either because I would not be able to file for expungement until after 3 years. Anton says we'll file for early expungement. When I call him to do that he asks for all my paperwork and paperwork (jobs ect) as reasoning why it needs to be early. Never hear from him and the few times I call after I get blown off. This guy truly sucks! Do not recommend. He uses his fathers resources and reputation but is a terrible attorney. He'll be quick to take your money but when it's time to answer up on his part of the deal that's when the "ehh i don't know" and "we will see" and you basically get what would have happened without an attorney.

Brown and Barron couldn't even establish a correct timeline of events. They asked us (at the end) if we would help them with an out of court lawsuit settlement so they could recover $14,000 in their expenses. They were more concerned with that than our case. I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone! Update: As a previous Accountant, I know what was said to me regarding recovering defense expenses, so there's absolutely no confusion there. We can agree to disagree; however, ultimately we believe there were far too many delays and issues with representation. Although promised to be updated monthly, we had to constantly email about updates when not informed. In additon, your reply states it's a nursing home negligence case. There were 2 physical rehabs (not nursing homes), as well as a hospital negligence case -- hence this is why we are deeply disappointed with representation.
