When my husband called the office, Cindy answered and assured us we would receive a call shortly. After more time passed, he called again, and only then did they mention an intake form and a payment they never told us about beforehand. The representative on the phone was unprofessional and completely indifferent to the fact that I took time off work for this appointment. Instead of trying to correct the situation or accommodate us, we were told the next available appointment wasn't until December 9th. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm.
