First Daniel Vitale starts slacking on cleaning the pool, I mentioned it to my uncle (my grandma has my uncle in charge of the financials for the pool, yard, etc.) and so he comes back and actually cleans the pool. Glaring into the home and mouthing bad words, definitely had an attitude problem. I'm legally allowed to watch him do his job, my family hired him, I live here, and use the pool. Today I was on the phone with my daughter, she was upset which had me already upset. This guy stares into my home and sees me inside my home while I'm on the phone with my daughter and then knocks on my door asking if I have a problem. I told him that I was on the phone with my daughter and then he persists asking if I have a problem with him asking me why I'm watching him. At this point I do have a problem with him and I get loud and he tells me that he's now recording me yelling at him saying that I have the right to watch what you do to the pool, we hired you. This guy seems to have a lot of issues, when he's told he's not doing a good job, as I've read other reviews. I no longer feel safe when he is here, but my uncle doesn't want to bother looking for someone new. I won't be using the pool anymore. read more

Paid $7000 for this paint job on my pool and included was fix pool leaks, still leaking paint does not match, he spent 2 days to empty, paint, and fill, did not filter water filling pool, it burst my well pump pipe and damage my well water bladder cost me another $1300 for plumber to fix, he came back to say let it go down to see how far it leaks 3-4 weeks later i called and he said oh i thought we had finished that project, another 2 weeks he still has not returned texts or phone calls, i asked him to come by this week and he did answer saying de does not work on my schedule, and he will be in touch which has not happened check the pictures out read more

This is one of the worse experiences we have had working with a weekly pool person. Daniel is very arrogant and rude. He told us the pool needed extra cleaning. We hired him to do it. He never did the cleaning. Then told me 2 months later he forgot but would not do it now. He showed a leak that he stated happened after the cold weather and said he could repair it. My experience was not deserving 1 star. 3 months ago we were looking for a pool service and ran across his great reviews so called for an estimate. Daniel arrived without notice and headed for the pool. Very arrogant.! Pool was fine yet after he got done giving an estimate on weekly pool service pump was no longer workin, a pipe was broken and O ring damaged thus pump would not prime. Worst pool service I've ever experienced. The pool was always dirty even after they "cleaned it", and the owner himself is extremely rude. We had a family vacation planned during summer when the kids were out of school and asked to be rescheduled later in the day or on a different day because no one would be home to keep the dogs inside. The manager himself said "not my problem, we are too busy". He was mad that I wouldn't cancel my kids vacation to come home early and lock the dogs inside for him to be here 30 minutes. We then decided to leave the vacation earlier than planned and made it home in time to put the dogs up just before they arrived. Then, they canceled our service anyways without even letting us know!
