The quality of customer service I have experienced with Tommy Tran and his team, specifically Davis Ngo, has been nothing short of exceptional. A few years ago, I initially went to Tommy for motorcycle coverage and ended up switching my auto and home insurance as well. I've been a loyal customer ever since. Tommy, Davis and Thuy are always cordial and quick to help whenever I needed it. Well, one day I was faced with an extremely stressful situation and I cannot thank Davis enough for providing assistance every step of the way and going above and beyond in handling what I can only describe as a clusterf**k of insurance issues that spanned several months. Davis was patient with me, listened carefully to my needs and was empathetic to my frustrations. He was proactive to notify me of any hold ups and made sure I was kept in the loop during the whole process. Davis fully resolved my insurance issues and I am 100% satisfied. ****** If one of my friends were to ask me, "Zara, are your insurance agents any good?" I would just pull out my iphone, and play them the music video for Will Smith - Men in Black.

When I talk to Irene, owner of PaxLeaf Insurance, I appreciate that she not only knows what she's talking about since she's been in industry for over 10 years, but she's very no-nonsense. She gives me the facts straight up, explains policies in a very clear and concise way, and works hard to find the best deal for her clients. I finally met Winnie after dealing with her and her staff on the phone over 6 years. She was friendly and gentle, just like on the photo. She thanked me for my business. I was very glad to meet her friendly staff, too. I've heard few competitors complained about how rude her staff was. But most associates I dealt with were very knowledgeable and friendly. Except for one strange interaction after my SUV got rear ended. I called to ask for advice. After I told a lady about my situation in English, she replied in her condescending tone, "你打給我幹嗎?" (Why you calling me for?) Oh ok. Sorry to bother you. My disappointment started after a massive rate increase across the entire State of Texas. I couldn't blame it on individual agents, but State Farm. I called her to help me reduce my premium and I was happy for a while. Over a month ago, I sent an online inquiry about my insurance policies; I just got a call from her staff this week. She said they are planning to move to Dun Hua Plaza next year. I think the Chinese community will be happy to see her in Chinatown.
