My car accident claim handled by Brittany S in the Greater New Orleans area was completed has been a nightmare after a year. She said "send pictures of your damage" , then she decided it would be totaled by those pictures. My car was towed by progressive to a salvage/auction yard. It sat for almost a month before Dreauxa progressive agent called and said it would not be totaled and where should they send it? Seven months later I go to pick it up from the body shop and as I checked it out I noticed a ton of damage under the car. Progressive (Dreaux) could not have missed all this additional damage because my original damage was under the front driver side, so he HAD to look under the car for an estimate. I called Progressive and was transferred to a manager James who said it was likely damaged as it was moved by a forklift while it was at the salvage/auction yard. They would not total it and it is STILL not finished repairs and in the shop after a year! HATE THIS INSURANCE. LEARN FROM MY HORRIBLE AND EXPERIENCE BY THE NEGLIGENT PROGRESSIVES EMPLOYEES AND COMPANY!
