I can change a tire, but on the side of the interstate?! Whenever I have called AAA locally they have exceeded their time expectations by 15/20 minutes. They've been thorough with their checks from battery issues to something more serious, and have made professional suggestions on what to do or where to go in the vicinity that they trust, all while being incredibly polite. I can't recall the gentleman's name who towed me and gave me a lift from the WWII Museum lot to Pit Stop Automotive where he said they could help me (and they knocked it out that day) but he was uber-helpful, and then today, Quince was incredibly thorough in checking my battery, not just jump-starting it and taking off. I might've just kept on with my day if he hadn't suggested to get the battery replaced (which I did for free under warranty). Thanks guys for helping me in my time of need!

She said "send pictures of your damage" , then she decided it would be totaled by those pictures. My car was towed by progressive to a salvage/auction yard. It sat for almost a month before Dreauxa progressive agent called and said it would not be totaled and where should they send it? Seven months later I go to pick it up from the body shop and as I checked it out I noticed a ton of damage under the car. Progressive (Dreaux) could not have missed all this additional damage because my original damage was under the front driver side, so he HAD to look under the car for an estimate. I called Progressive and was transferred to a manager James who said it was likely damaged as it was moved by a forklift while it was at the salvage/auction yard. They would not total it and it is STILL not finished repairs and in the shop after a year! HATE THIS INSURANCE. During my first visit to her office, Nora greeted me herself and told me to let her know if I have any questions. She explained to me that she knows the company very well because she began her career in the claims department at State Farm.
