The owner who is also the primary teacher is very friendly and helpful and is definitely very knowledgeable about martial arts. Even though I only bought 5 classes and only have enough time to go once a week, I do plan to continue going. Expect to be pushed in the class to keep going strong, but just know it'll all be worth it in the end!

As I asked around this was definitely the most recommended in Delaware county by far, so we gave it a try. Four months later and I recommend them to every parent I know. It provided me a great foundation and I was able to jump into their Still yoga classes without difficulty.
