I've been a patient of Dr. Malabre's for a couple years now. He took over the practice of Dr…read more Adler whom I dearly loved. I have been very happy with Dr. Malabre. Now I have seen that there are a number of complaints about having to wait in office for appointment times and this is a legitimate concern. However, different than other Doctors I have had in the past, Dr. Malabre is very thorough going over your medical chart and your medical concerns. He remembers you and is warm and personable. Never has he cut the appointment short and told me we could not cover my concern and I'd need to make another appointment for another day, something that is all to common with other Doctors, these are the reasons that his appointments run long. I learned to realize and accept this as the price I pay for the sincere concern and care I receive. I chose to either make the earliest appointment in the morning or the first one after lunch. If I need to make an emergency appointment and can not swing either of those time, I realize I will be spending time with my phone or a book. So if you're honestly just looking for a doctor that processes you and gets you in and out of his office in a timely manner, then the complaints are probably something you will heed. If your objective is someone who really listens, cares and treats you - then you accept that the extra time he takes with others and the extra time he takes with you results in some extra waiting in the waiting room. For me, more than well worth it. (Again, that trick about first appointment in the morning or after lunch just Solves that) I also LOVE the Staff. Thank you all for your great Care and friendliness.

Her med tech (who gave better care than her) delivered my positive eeg results over the phone. I had a severe reaction to the med she trialed first which she might have concluded if she had bothered to look at my chart (the other one I was offered was in there as having a similar severe reaction) she then had her med tech (again) say "just go off it and we will see you in 3 months". Would you like your seizure disorder managed in this manner? If so I can recommend a beautiful NP that has great hair!

Scheduling doesn't care how much pain you're in, they just blow off your call saying you just have to wait weeks for someone to call you. Very dismissive. Dr. Stanton's office was also dismissive and gave me no pain meds. Also, the Express Care "doctor", probably a PA or NP, misread my hip x-ray and referred me to a hip doc -- another several weeks to be scheduled. I went to another orthopedic surgeon and my hip is bone on bone and I need a hip replacement. They didn't give me anything for pain either. Just Malixicam. I can barely walk I'm in so much pain.

I don't care in taking antibiotic but I needed relief quick- I explain to the dr. if I could get an antibiotic that isn't so harsh for my body! dr. looked at me strange!! I mean , just because ur a dr, doesn't mean u know everything!!!! listen to the patients they know their body better than anyone, even a dr!!!!!! I didn't tell him I have other health issues, maybe I should have. I was not sure how the medication will affect my old body!!!! I did ask for a less harmful medicine!!!! what did he do!!! he gave me a really strong antibiotic!!!! wtf!!!! heart palpitations!! so I go to my pcp 3 days later and she said that was a very strong antibiotic and to stop taking them!!!! also, the staffs there thinks they know everything, like Andr**!! they won't allow the dr. to call back the patient who had a concern with service or medication prescribed????!!!! why??? avoid this place if u can , go to the real emergency hospital! if u have a concern post emergency with same issue , they recommend u to go back to them and pay again!!!! and the staffs are not to busy, on their cell phone just sitting around!! the atmosphere was dark and old!!!! however they did send over another prescription order of antibiotic because I was piss off over the phone call- feeling not well!!!!
