Once again, it seems as though Yelp have removed my last review of this business, therefore you are not geting a true represenation of his salon.
I had a truly awful expreience here and I'm still paying the price for him ruining my hair over 8 months later. I asked to go light brown from blond, but ended up with hair so dark I was outwardly shocked when he took the towel off.. Trust me when I say it wasn't me just thinking it was too dark after being so blond, it was virtually black! I have now after numerous visits to a reputable salon been able to get it to a light brown, but this is after a lot of hard work and patience.
However the main point I would like to make though, is how Daniel treated me. I can understand how things can go wrong - I have been dying my hair for years - but what I do not understand is being made to feel like it was my fault somehow and the fact that he wouldn't take any responsibility for it. I felt intimidated by him and his brother, and left his salon in tears after being more or less shouted at for questioning why it had come out so wrong. I have never in my life been treated so badly in a salon...I felt complelled to let people know what this place is like if something goes wrong.
I would not recommend this salon to anybody in a million years and I would avoid it like the plague. This is the 3rd review I have written, but it seems Yelp only like to show the good reviews and filter the bad ones! If this one comes off, I will keep writing them until one of them stays on here permanently. Its not fair that people are only seeing the good reviews. read more
