Horrible, horrible physician. No bedside manner or empathy whatsoever. Acted disinterested and bored when speaking to me, and left me feeling like nothing but a faceless number he had to work through on his schedule. Did not provide me with medical knowledge, advice or insight on my health and the problems regarding why l was consulting him. Procedures performed by this doctor left me in great distress and pain, even when his staff and literally myself! advised him l was extremely anxious and fearful regarding the procedures l had to go through. (I have had them performed before (not by him, thankfully).) He rocked my confidence in the medical field. I refuse to see this doctor again, no matter how excruciating my gastrointestinal symptoms are. read more

If you want a Teddy bear for a gastronologist, fine someone else. If you want a smart, caring, through physician, Dr. MCKEE is the specialist for you. read more

I got very sick while abroad and called Dr.McKee at 2am (his time) as I had seen him before on a previous visit for IBS. Not only did he correctly diagnose my issue while abroad over the phone with only my vague symptoms to go on, he also helped me get treatment both in the country I was visiting and once I got back stateside. He was a calm presence that got me through a difficult spot. Great doctor. read more
