Dr. Mufson's hands shook badly during the procedure and before I could stop him, he broke my tooth and I swallowed the broken pieces. He gave no apology and his assistant, Loretta, who is also his wife, hustled me to the desk to immediately pay. I was stunned. I tried disputing his charges on my credit catd but got nowhere. I found out afterwards from an aquaintance of mine that Dr. Richard Mufson left a piece of bone in her mouth causing her an emergency visit to Jackson Memorial Hospital. This money hungry dentist also took CT scans and x-rays that I just had done a few days before to grab more money from me with no dental insurance (I didn't need the additional dangerous radiation either).
