So lucky to have found Dr. Welch's office and been so treated well by him and his staff. I was in…read moretown on business and had a dental emergency. Dr. Welch's team was able to get me in that day and fix my problem. He did a great job explaining things to me and the fix was quick and painless. So thankful for Dr. Welch and his staff. Thanks doc!

Great experience with these life savers! I had older dental work that I had fixed/re-done when I…read morewas working overseas just days before relocating back to the states. After a month here my new fillings felt wrong, it hurt to bite down and I had 2-3 days of strong toothache pain across my whole upper toothline. Unfortunately with no insurance, and just barely starting a job, I was very worried I wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix it. After googling around, I found a coupon on their website for an inexpensive exam and xrays and made an appointment, thinking if I needed work done I'd just find out how urgent it is and try to schedule it after a month or two. I'm a doctor, and speak from experience - not only did they do a thorough history and evaluation (especially for such a great price), they also did xrays and showed me photographs of that area of my molars so I could understand the situation. Technology has improved a LOT since I left the states to work overseas, so the digital xray camera, and photos were amazing to see. The absolute best part, which is important to me as an ethical healthcare provider, was that they didn't immediately tell me a list of problems and work I'd need done (that really didn't need to be done - we've all been there, right?). They assured me that my fillings were fine (the Dr overseas did a better job than I'd worried about); explained that the configuration of the filling wasn't what I'd misunderstood them to be; that I could floss easily (I hadn't been, because I'd thought the space between the teeth closed off); reassured me that flossing should help mitigate my issue and the pain... And that was it. No hard sell? Such relief. We discussed my next regular cleaning, which was to be expected, and they sent me on my way. Seriously commendable experience! - Dr. A I

This place is simply the worst place for your kids to get their braces and/or retainers. The…read morebiggest issue that I have with them is the fact of how rude and unprofessional they are. In my experience coming here as a kid, the people here were almost always rude, especially Dr. Kaler himself. There is a sense of arrogance to them as well, as they think that they can do no wrong. One of the biggest issues that I had with them growing up was that I had to have jaw surgery done and that my family and I had scheduled the surgery in early June so that I would have time to recover over the summer. However, due to the fact that Kaler and his team did not get me "orthodontically ready" (even though they knew about the surgery literally months, upon years in advance), I had to have the surgery in late-July. From there, I also had to go to school while being wired shut and overall, just not looking the best, as well as not being able to participate in some school activities. Lastly, just recently I had gone over there to get new retainers. When I was taken in, they used this pink putty-like stuff to make the retainers and then put them into this mouthguard shaped device to put in your mouth. Well, the lady ended up dropping it on my shirt, leaving a stain. I should also point out that they did not put a bib on me, which might sound dumb, but looking back, it looks like it does make sense after all. I asked them to either give me the money to replace the shirt or to get it cleaned. They took it to the local dry cleaner, which was fine. However, I gave it to them early on a Monday morning and then found out that they did not take it into the cleaners until Friday that week. Of course, while all of this was going on, the business manager of the place did give me some mean looking glances as if I was the one who caused this to happen. By the way, this was not some regular $10-15 shirt but was a $70 Express shirt. Sorry, I like to dress well. It's just who I am. Even though they were able to get it back to me completely fixed, I did not like the fact that the entire process took so long when the situation could have been resolved in a week's time. On top of that, the rudeness and arrogance of them are completely appalling. At the end of the day, take your money elsewhere because these people simply do not care about you.
