We needed a broker who could move quickly, think strategically, and execute flawlessly under pressure -- and Eric exceeded every expectation. From day one, he implemented precise, targeted marketing that immediately repositioned our listing. Leveraging his strong network, he generated serious traffic right away. Within days of going live, we sourced multiple buyer offers -- and ultimately closed in under 30 days. Eric's negotiation strategies were sharp and deliberate. He didn't just bring us offers -- he brought us leverage. His responsiveness, swift action-taking, and consistent feedback kept momentum high and timelines tight. We placed extremely aggressive deadlines in front of him, and he delivered without hesitation. Beyond the transaction itself, Eric went above and beyond to help us tie up loose ends on project completion so we could get to the closing table smoothly. He operates as a true team player -- collaborative, solutions-oriented, and relentlessly professional. What sets Eric apart most is his passionate accountability. He owns his work. He follows through. He treats your investment as if it were his own. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I look forward to partnering with him again on future projects.

We are so pleased with his professionalism and genuine empathy for our situation. It was obvious that we lived in an incredible neighborhood, but the house was showing its age. We were not willing to put the money needed to elevate the value of the home. Allan swooped in and assisted us in repairs and renovations of the home from his own pocket to allow the house to get the most accurate valuation possible. He also ran an incredible marketing plan in order to promote the house in a market for higher valued houses was in a downturn. We are convinced if it wasn't for Allan we would have never been able to sell our house for the price it was sold and in the relatively short time it took. Thank you Allan and I recommend his services, expertise and genuine concern for the families he represents. Allan has become part of the family and we will always be eternally grateful for all that he did for us.

We decided to give a call to him and schedule a meeting with Kevin. First impressions were great, very professional and you can tell he was actually listening to us. Kevin did not pressure us at all to decide if we want to sell our house. Finally, we decided to sell, and Kevin and his team were there every steps of the way. Kevin spent time discussing what we wanted and made it a comforting experience! I gave him a selling price that we thought was fair and he told us that he believed it can sell it for 20k more. I can see the competitive trait in him and I loved it obviously. Kevin challenged himself and he delivered. His suggestions and the way he advertised our home with the pictures his photographer took were so beautiful that we wanted to buy back our own home! Kevin's social media skills were spot on and the open house was great. Kevin took care of our home during the open house as it was his own home. Our house sold in 5 days for the asking price. Kevin made sure he went through our offers thoroughly and found errors in the offer and he protected us. His closing team helped to facilitate and keep the build and closing on track. Thank you, Kevin and his team for making our "selling our home experience "so much fun and comforting. I know this sounds cheesy, but Kevin took care of us like family and that's what we wanted, someone that cared for us and made sure we ok and enjoying the ride. The biggest thing for me was communication and he was there day and night. After we sold our home Kevin still to this date calls us and checks up on us to see how we are doing because he cares. Thanks, Kevin for everything!

I first engaged with Mike via email while I started to look for a second home in the Fort Lauderdale area. I had been to Fort Lauderdale several times in the past as a tourist, but was completely clueless when it came to the residential neighborhoods. After a couple months of research, I dumped a mile-long list of requirements and perspective listings on Mike and, quite frankly, was a little nervous that I had overwhelmed him. I was wrong, however, and flew down for a weekend of property hunting that was extremely productive and was well-targeted in regards to my requirements. Mike did a great job finding a mix between exact listings I wanted to see, coupled with similar listings in various parts of city, enabling us to get a true flavor of the entire area. When I finally decided to make an offer, Mike's knowledge of the area, construction (he's a house flipper, himself) and just general personal insight gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. During contract phase, Mike was there every step of the way and was highly-engaged and hands-on throughout the 45 days. He made a number of visits to the house, ensured that repairs were being done in a timely and quality fashion, and helped coordinate activities between legal, lending and the seller. This was particularly important to me given that I was either back at my home in NYC or flying all over the world on business during this time - he was my "eyes and ears" on the ground. He was extremely responsive via email, text and was there for a call any time I needed to chat. Never did I feel that I was "in the dark" on any issue. I highly recommend Mike for your Ft. Lauderdale / Miami real estate needs and will definitely use him again the next time I need a real estate professional.

I personally had 3 or 4 different agents talk to me about selling my own home in Jan 2022. Geoff Fahey and his partner Cassandra Ekeocha helped me not only NET over $100,000 more in my pocket than the other agents said, but the main thing I liked was the aggressive, outside of the box strategies, that I've NEVER heard any other agent propose using. Geoffrey focused on what mattered to me and my goals. Professionalism, communication, business accumen, and superior marketing is why they checked all my boxes. Work with an agent (not a brand) you like, AND an agent that also has your best interests in mind, while listening to what you want (local individual agents with strong results sell homes not brands).
