My next encounter was with Laquita, who began with my preliminaries. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I've worked in the dental industry for over 30 years and have "the eye" to spot exceptional employees. Laquita is definitely the "employee every office wants". My first experience at Dr. Robinson's was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. When I say Dr. Robinson and his team of professionals made me feel that I was in safe hands, I mean it. I smiled, laughed, cried when sharing personal "hidden secrets" and was never left to feel like a statistic, I felt "loved". He treated me with tender loving care because he really does care! We have seen her once a year or twice a year for three years for my two son's various flu and other injuries. We are so grateful she is there. Please don't leave, Dr Kelly! If every provider were like her, our medical field would be serving all patients SO well. Here's why: She always thinks of everything without me even asking, from meds, to at home things to do, to a school note, without hesitation. She always makes a little bit of small talk with my sons, but it's like she really cares. Bonus: The place is clean, the front desk staff is friendly, calm and efficient. They smile and are efficient and great with insurance and I haven't ever received a crazy bill from them ever. The wait time has never exceeded 15 minutes. We are out within 45 min including payment and lab tests. I am not getting paid by them to say all this stuff LOL haha! I asked for suggestions from my dialysis clinic, and received about four choices, one of them being Dr. Dillon. So after playing a quick game of eenie-meenie-minie-moe, I picked this group to work with. Ha! I could not have picked a better surgeon if I had actually tried! Everywhere I ended up for my appointments, the staff was unbelievably nice, efficient, and the wait times were always minimal. Everything was just so well organized and flowed well. Dr. Dillon is seriously my new hero. I needed an AV fistula placement for permanent dialysis access. Which means, in fast terms, cutting my forearm open and moving a bunch of shit around. After meeting with the good Dr., and him taking the time to explain the procedure in detail, I was sold, and scheduled my surgery for the following week. Surgery itself went swimmingly. I pretty much cried afterwords, not because of pain or the wicked looking stitches, but because he purposely avoided cutting directly through the memorial tattoo to my mother which is on my forearm. Follow up appointment, and stitches removal was equally painless on all accounts, and the surgery was an overall success. So if ever in the market for this type of surgery, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Dillon!
