If I could give them ZERO stars I would! The worst customer service I have EVER received from any…read moreso called insurance company! Rude, Lazy and Unprofessional does not even begin to describe them! Just a few examples are the phone is almost never answered and when it is answered it is by a fax machine, they are never open during the posted business hours, when you do finally get a hold of John he is so rude and acts like you are bothering him and half the time he is just sitting in the office even though the door is locked when he is supposed to be open...I could go on but there is a limit to how much you can type... I wouldn't recommend them to insure my worst enemy. I personally have reported them twice to Progressive and apparently so have many others according to the customer service rep and also the reps supervisor that I spoke to that said this is not the first time they have poor reports of them and they will be looking into all reported issues. As of today I now have a new agent to take care of my Auto and Home Insurance needs! I seriously suggest to ANYONE and EVERYONE out there searching for Insurance agents to go elsewhere...there are tons of agents out there representing the tons of companies out there so please if you don't want a lot of hassle and headache and you want an agent that will be there when you need them then just keep looking.
