I ordered a salami baguette and a box of 4 pastries for a friend. They packaged it neatly into a white box and tied it together with a cute string. The salami sandwich was delicious. There was a perfect combination of cheese and salami. The wifi was free and very fast. Overall, a very comfortable location, delicious food, and great pastries. We came several times during a visit to Cesky Krumlov. It is also nice that they have clean bathrooms available for patrons. All the food we ordered was good as well. The BLT was great. The yogurt was great. The pumpkin spice latte was decent. Prices are fair. They have other treats and items to order that looked great as well. This place is popular and fills up as tourists wake up and look for a nice breakfast. We got lucky with decent tables during our visits. The other super awesome thing is they have kids toys which came in great for us and our kid. I will say service could be better. Staff are not the nicest or warmest folks.

While we were waiting my wife got a scoop of ice cream from across the street. We were paying customers sitting for a few mins by the window in an empty cafe. The server then said they had to "ask us to leave" and to get out. We left immediately and I just noted that we're happy to leave but that the way she said it was rude. Then she replied "well you are very rude."

Anyway, this place offers many kinds both sweet and salty and they are delicious. Yep, DELICIOUS. You heared it. And I am not kidding. They don´t have anything else to eat. But they don´t need to. Because local štrůdl rules. I got back 20-25 years into the time when I was a little boy and my grandmother was preparing this traditional czech dessert (ok, its origin is in Austria but let´s not ruin this moment:-) mainly with apples. And local štrůdl is definitely one of the best which I have eaten since that time. Just to complete all info. Service is very good, and interier is kind a normal. Nothing is really special except ŠTRUDL!!! So check it people. It´s definitely worth it.

An unbelievably hostile place. After waiting ages to place an order, I walked up to the counter to ask, thinking perhaps I was supposed to order at the counter. Even before I said anything, the waitress rolled her eyes and snapped again, telling me to wait at my table. At that point I completely lost my appetite and started leaving - which was the only time she recognized me and said bye loudly in a really condescending tone. I wouldn't even be writing this long paragraph about how terrible my experience was if she had just kept on ignoring me and my friend as she had done in th beginning instead of making that irritating snarky remark. Not sure if she was just grumpy that day or if she's just plain rude. Not sure if super unprofessional or racist. If you don't want to be serving clueless tourists (although I feel pretty justified in simply trying to catch the waiter's attention after waiting ages in a cafe that didn't even have new tables to serve besides mine), perhaps don't work in a town that relies on tourism? Completely ruined an otherwise wonderful day at Cesky Krumlov. There are plenty of lovely cafes in town - don't waste your time here.
