She did my nails exactly how I wanted them she took her time on each nail making sure it's the right length and that it was straight, she was so kind through the whole thing and didn't hurt my hand at all! I called to help my really good friend find a good salon, since my friend wasn't having much luck (most salons were snobbish and hung up on her regarding perms for long hair). I called and spoke with Kristen, explaining that my friend has not been to a hair salon before and what she was looking for. Kristen was so easy to connect with and answered all my questions, relaying helpful information I passed along to my friend. I got amazing friendly vibes from her so I instantly knew this was the perfect place! My friend went in and they already knew who she was, which gave her so much comfort and relief. She said that everyone she came in contact with was so sweet and caring. She has a consultation with Stephanie, who tested my friend's hair and gave her feedback she found extremely helpful to help her hair repair and when it was best to get a perm. My friend loved how honest, knowledgeable and caring Stephanie was and the time she is willing to take in the future to take care of her, she felt really happy and comfortable with her. The service that Stephanie was able to provide for my friend that was safer for her hair was a touch-up to cover her grays, and it turned out amazing! She looks like she is in her 20's again! I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.

They have so many stylists to choose from! Speak up if you want something or not. I have never had less than a great experience. While the salon has very skilled stylists and luxury products, sometimes your experience outcome depends on you knowing what you want and communicating. I can have challenged hair and have always seen each one do so great. For all the one off scenarios in the world that would matter (ie illegal practices), one little one off should not be your ruling factor for everything especially not here where they are exceptional in all areas of their business and standards.

She's been back twice now for maintenance and the consistency has been great.
