She did my nails exactly how I wanted them she took her time on each nail making sure it's the right length and that it was straight, she was so kind through the whole thing and didn't hurt my hand at all! My hands are super sensitive and I sometimes bite at the skin around it, she was the first nail tech I have ever had that hadn't hurt my hand not once! I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. She's been back twice now for maintenance and the consistency has been great.
