What a pleasant surprise to discover that she was not only the most convenient but the best imaginable choice. I am very unfamiliar with legal and business matters and ordinarily would find the process daunting but Loren was so patient, affable and clear (without being condescending) that what could have been frustrating and traumatic was straightforward and simple. Although Loren was being paid by a third-party company, she was generous with her time and thoughtful with her recommendations. For example, while I came to her for a will, after carefully reviewing my situation, she recommended a trust, a far more appropriate option. Looking over her work and correspondence, a discerning family member who does have expertise in business and legal matters said, "Whoever referred this lawyer did you a favor. She is GOOD." He was RIGHT.

I was not disappointed in the least, and very happy with the result. All deadlines were meet and the transaction went off without a hitch. I wasn't at the closing as out of town and Pat's team handled it all excellently. Pat and his team explained issues and each in the process fully. Every transaction is slightly unique, this was no exception, and his experience came through as it seems they have seen almost every scenario. Plus it helps that they have a great relationship with other conveyancing attorneys. So I found that when issues came up, they were quickly nipped in the bud, to ensure they didn't blow up into larger problems. It all makes sense as Pat's a great stand up guy and I'm sure others that he's done business with in the past think the same thing, so would not hesitate working with him. I would recommend Pat and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell based on his experience, efficiency and works in a clear practical results oriented way to ensure you get a good result. Best, Will
