This doctor office deserve a 0 star. Avoid it at all cost. Even if you have appointment, they let my parents wait hours, and this happens all the time. Not only my parents, but other patients have to wait hours and hours as well. Doctor is never at the office on time. So what the point to make the appointment? We're wasting our whole morning to wait for him finished his brunch and coffee at home and he showed up at noon like he did not know he was having patients that day? I would definitely give ZERO stars if I could! Expect long waits here including the time when you get in there too! It is always busy when my family comes to visit. The doctor doesn't care about the patients, he just wants the mula... He makes the same appointment for so many people and at close times as well. When you finally get the chance to go in, he constantly leaves and rushes the appointment and is absolutely no help! Receptionist and Assistants are extremely rude and constantly gossip about the patients.. The doctor is just rude and constantly talks about himself rather than helping the patient. Yikes! I've been going here since I was little. Even with appointments, the wait time is ridiculous. The receptionists are always so rude and Dr. Trach never let me finish describing any problems I had. One time I went to him to get referral to a psychiatrist for my ADHD and he told me maybe I should just stop moving so much and try to focus more ( thanks that cured my ADHD). I needed to get shots for my school and called in to make an appointment. I was told I had to make an appointment in person. When I went in person the office door was closed and I called and they said they weren't taking any patients in person for shots. ZERO STARS!!! The most incompetent and ignorant staff in the history of medical doctors. I'm not sure if they still think this is Vietnam but they need to upgrade their service and basic understanding of HIPPA laws. I'm requesting my father's medical records for life insurance and personal records since he has been having issues. The front desk ladies are absolutely THE WORST STAFF EVER!! Me: Hi, my dad's life insurance application is expiring this week if we can't get them the medical records, can you advise on status otherwise we'll have to put in a new application. Lady: You'll probably have to put in another application, we've had a lot of request so it may take a while. Me: We'll it's going to be two weeks this week so we're in dire need, I'd hate to put in a another application. Lady: You're not the only one that has a request and there are some people who have waited MONTHS and still haven't received them yet. Me: Why would I put in another application if you guys can't figure out when you can it? I called again a few days later and told them that my dad already saw the doctor today and the doctor said he will get it out by Friday and requested to have a second copy set aside for me pick up since my dad has been having serious health issues and went to the ER so I'd like to keep records in case something happens again. She said I had to talk to the doctor and couldn't help me. I restated that my dad just left the doctors office today and the doctor had already agreed. I've worked at medical establishments so I know medical record request takes two weeks, 30 days max...why do they expect copies will take MONTHS from a small family practice???!! By law they are to provide you with copies of your medical records when you request it!! WTF.....is......wrong.....with......your.....office Dr??!! My dad has been a patient for over 15 years....really? My family will no longer be giving your office any more of our money. Rude service where a patient cannot find any medical attention. They obviously don't care about college students who cannot afford anything. When I pay a co-pay, I expect service. ONE OF THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER MET. This doctor is arrogant, cocky, and flat out rude. This is not my regular doctor, but I had to see this guy because my doctor was out of town. From start to finish, I felt the hostility. If you don't like seeing other doctor's patient, then do not accept the patient at all. I asked this guy one simple question and he goes off and says that he's one of the busiest doctors around with many more patients than any other doctors (who gives a shit, that wasn't my question). He goes off a tells me to ask my doctor, What a D***. Lesson learned, I'll wait for my regular doctor next time. GOOD LUCK with your business. Going to start out saying he is a nice man. Id hate to bash on a nice man, but im pretty upset after recent encounters. 1. Receptionists are not friendly. At all. They always seem annoyed. Very unwelcoming. 2. The wait to see the doctor is ALWAYS long. Sometimes up to an hour or more. Whether you have an appointment or just walking in bc its urgent. Do they overbook or something? 3. Here's what got me: finding that i have an allergic reaction to sunscreen (from credible sources), i came in to discuss with the DR. and ask for a referral to see a dermatologist- someone who is a specialist and can actually help me with the issue. Its urgent because im going on vacation soon and need an alternative since i cant use just any sunscreen off the shelf! The DR response was baffling - he said its nothing too serious. Not serious enough for a referral. Maybe try using SPF 30 instead of 50. I said i get hives and it becomes really uncomfortable for me to even function when my body is inflamed. I think id get an allergic reaction regardless of how much sunscreen i use?? Are you telling me if someone is allergic to nuts that they should just eat 1 nut instead of 5?! Anyways, his next alternative was "dont use sunscreen". WHAT. Ridiculous. I pleaded. Can he please just refer me to a dermatologist. He made some excuses, like they wont think its worth the referral either. Ended up with a "ok maybe ill call and see if i can get you one". I never heard back from the office, its been a week. Guess ill just burn and risk skin cancer or get hives. Great options. Lets just top this off with, my bf asked him if hes ever heard of anything like my condition before and he said he hasnt. If there was an option for 0 star, I would have definitely put that. This has been the place I grew up going to and as I got older, I started to realize it is one of the worst doctor place ever. That is why I stopped coming here and wasting money to a clinic that doesn't seem to benefit me in any way but them... with my money. The reason why I am fed up is because one of the nurses there is so rude! In fact, so rude that someone needs to slap some sense in her. I came there to confirm about my exams and she basically refused me to ask the doctor and kept insisting that I go to where I got my exams done and ask myself. Well... I mean I would do that AFTER I confirm with the doctor myself that those are the only two exams I need but nope. That nurse didn't bother to listen and kept arguing with me. Not only that, when I walked in, she already gave the impression of not wanting to speak to me. Also, I asked for a copy of the doctors note for the one he gave me a while back because I thought I had lost mine... and guess what? The nurse said "we don't have it, go to the radiology place yourself." SERIOUSLY?! This is a clinic and should have every paper/documents saved. I would give 0 stars as well if that was an option. I had no problems with the receptionists, but the Doctor does not care about the patients' well-being. All he cares about is seeing as many patients as possible in one day. The office is always crowded with people so he rushes through every visit. He barely even looks at my baby and he always cuts us off when we have questions. He THINKS he knows what we're asking, and gives us a quick answer, but he never lets us finish asking the question. Feeling rushed and unimportant is one thing, but I had enough the other day when he was just plain rude. I called him to ask him a question. He spoke very fast so I didn't catch all the instructions. I was still confused when he hung up, so I called him back for clarification and he yelled at me complaining that he had to repeat things for me several times. I simply just wanted clarification because I wanted to be sure I giving my baby the correct medicine dosage, but he spoke to me like I was a stupid idiot who needed him to repeat things. Of course I wouldn't have needed him to repeat anything if he didn't speak so fast and try to rush through the phone call and actually listen my question instead of cutting me off. Terrible doctor! Never met someone like this guy. Last time we saw this doctor, he gave my baby daughter this eye droplet solution for her eye booger build up. He said if the booger is white, then it's normal. But if it's yellow, then she has an eye infection and we need to give her the eye solution until the booger turns white. However, my baby continues to have a lot of yellow eye booger and it's been over a month. So we took her back to see this doctor. First thing he ask us when we saw him was "what is the baby in for?" We said oh her eyes still have yellow booger build up and it's a lot and we don't think the eye drop solution is helping. Without further questioning, he yells at us. He yells at us loud enough that people outside in the waiting area can all hear him. He said that he already explain to us last time that her booger problem will not go away and that the solution is only to ease the problem, not to get rid of the booger forever. He got every angry and said this is the last time he's going to tell us about this, while continues to yell at us. I spoke up of course, in a very nice and gentle tone, I told him, you didn't tell us any of this, last time u just gave us the solution and told us to give it to her until the yellow booger stops forming. He kept quiet and storm out of the office. I guess this is the last time we'll see this guy. Time to find another doctor. The guy can barely speak English. I'm wondering how he got his MD license. I remember the last time we were in his office, we over heard him talking to a girl teenager, and she was telling him that the skin around her eyes were "peeling off" in English because she couldn't speak Vietnamese and he just couldn't understand what's "peeling" is, like he didn't understand what this young girl was trying to describe to him. What a joke! I hope people read this review before they go see this guy. read more

I have never been to this office before, but I needed a doctor for my new born baby and so I called the place and asked how to sign up for this doctor, the receptionist was omg so extremely rude, her voice was loud and it seems like she was annoyed by my questions, what kind of customer service is that, so the doctor just lost a customer just because he doesn't hire nice people to work for him, I'm sorry but I'm not going to sign up for this doctor. I would give a 0 star if that option is available. We took our baby there during Thanksgiving weekend because it was the only doc office opened. The doctor was okay but the receptionists were extremely rude. First of all we have insurance but they demanded us to pay an upfront fee of 60 dollars because they can't verify insurance on the weekend. They said that after the insurance have being verified then we will get a refund of $45 minus the $15 co-pay. One week later we called back to see if the insurance had being verified, the receptionist said it is verified but we have to wait until the insurance PAID to get our refund. One month later after we received the letter from out insurance confirming that the bill had being paid, we called back to get a refund but they said that they can't verified payment it in their record and asked us to bring the proof to the office. What type of office cannot verify that their account had being paid? We didn't have time to return to the office then. Three months later we came back to the office to pick up the refund the receptionist was extremely rude AGAIN. Then she finally gave us our money back but said that she is doing us a favor by giving us money in cash because the office manager wasn't there to write us a check. What were those monkeys talking about? we paid in CASH. If you are desperate and need a doctor then go to this office but I would NOT recommend this office. The doctor is not bad but be ready to deal with his receptionists. I normally don't write on yelp but these people pissed me off enough for me to sign up for an account. read more
