I got four quotes to stain my mother's house and deck. Dandy was significantly lower than the other three. Andrew was very easy to work with, which was important because I don't love in the area so had to do all of the arrangements by phone. The only reason this business is getting a 1 star review is because that is the requirement and they don't allow negative numbers.They worked on a family member's home and left it in a chaotic state for over a month. Instead of going room by room, the house was consecutively torn apart and left as what most people would consider to be unlivable for weeks on end. The quality of the work done was an absolute joke - see photos. Items were not covered or cared for before being painted, and multiple precious family heirlooms were destroyed and broken in the process with no sense of responsibility or remorse. None of the work was fully complete in any aspect. The kitchen cabinets were only partially finished on the insides. Baseboards were removed, partially painted and never put back into place. Brand new hardware purchased for the kitchen was painted over by the workers. They also used the kitchen sink to clean their brushes and equipment even though there was a slop sink in the garage. The poor homeowner was left in emotional and psychological distress because of this company. It is clear by their careless mistakes and general lack of disrespect for other people's property that they do not know what they're doing and certainly should not be working in residential environments. Now that they are paid and consider their job done, it is now up to my family to go in and right their wrongs, clean up their messes and finish their work. I absolutely would not recommend this company. After the raving reviews for such an incompetent group of people "as a whole" I have no doubt the 5 reviews were done by co workers and family members. In reply to the owner who is obviously not telling g the truth about the job they did cause I'm living in the nightmare they created, when do I get my lien waiver that I've asked for the last 10 days, you insisted on your payment I'm insisting o. You sending me a document stating you have been paid in full so I can move on from your pathetic excuse of a professional job. You go ahead and be politically correct and I'll be honest!
