Room had a large living area with a couch and good size TV. Breakfast bar with stools. Kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Bedroom was large with lots of space but poorly lit after dark...not a big deal since I had the living room. Now the bad...the room was poorly cleaned. Living room had not been vacuumed or mopped. The shower had black hair on the walls...they did blend into the faux marble but it was obvious they had not been wiped down. No clothes hangers...I mean none...I did not mind too much but that is kind of ridiculous to have a closet and no clothes hangers. There restaurant was good. I had the seafood buffet which was pricey but a decent selection. Could have been great but only mediocre.

All the favorites and some interesting ones too. I play this one where a Aztec maiden beats on a drum. I've never lost on that machine. But of course, I know when to stop to keep that streak going. Table games and a sports book round out the entertainment. You'll have fun. The folks are especially cordial, and courteous. Enjoy! The reason for only 4 stars, well, the players club kiosks were offline on my last visit. I would have gone to the counter, but there was a huge line for a mail promotion. There's no way I was going to stand in that sucker to activate my $5 free play. Quick Tip: Give yourself plenty of time to play. There are so many fun slots to pound on.

They kept making nasty remarks, whispering amongst each other, that made my spouse and I very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional as a group. I thought maybe just one employee was having a crumby day but, it turns out they're all on the same page! Not sure what type of perfume the lady was wearing but it smelled awful, like type of cheap alcohol. The smell radiated from the valet employee and lingered from inside our vehicle that was returned. I hope this makes it to the right person. Looking forward the next experience at Fire Rock.

It smelled like straight bleach. The posted hours at the shops restaurants and pool were not adhered to, seems like they opened/closed wherever they felt like it. The casino is not 24/7. Only on weekends. It's not open until 8 am, they have the whole casino blocked off and every morning when we were leaving before 8 am they gave us a hard time when we wanted to leave the casino and walk to the parking structure to get our car. They literally argued w us about leaving trying to discourage us until I said, "You can't keep us here! We are leaving, so you better walk us out then." They acted really upset that they had to walk us through an empty casino/hotel to the parking. They failed to mention this upon check in. The only restaurant that was decent was the sports bar. We came here to enjoy the pool, restaurants and casino, paying a lot more than other places, and it was a terrible stay. We will never come back.
