I like most working parents are very limited on time and so we weren't able to visit the store in person, so we choose to do an online order for home delivery. I explained we are going away and I was worried the uniform would arrive whilst we were away on holiday, miss delivery and not be ready for starting his first day (we arrive home the day before term starts!) I was advised the trousers were showing as low stock, but Mandy did everything possible to ensure our order (in full) 20 items arrived promptly. IT ALL ARRIVED TODAY - less than 2 days from ordering. Everything is perfect despite not trying a single item on. I wanted to extend my thanks to such an easy process. We'll be back to store when we have outgrown this order. Terrible customer service. Purchased wetsuit leggings through their Ebay shop, wore once for 20…read moreminutes, and then when I got out of the water, realised there were a number of small fissures in the surface of the neoprene. While the neoprene is fairly thin, I would at MINIMUM expect the product to be fit for purpose, and not break down in such a way after the first wear, and having been handled very carefully. S2AS have since tried to fob me off with a defective product, blaming 'nail damage' for what is clearly the result of stress on an insufficiently strong material. I requested a replacement - with which they could have taken the defective product and taken it up with the manufacturer with the leggings in person, however this is too much trouble and so they are just trying to fob me off again. Awful. Avoid!
