He pushes pressure points that release the muscles, and on me often uses TENS units (little nerve stimulater patches), heat, some striking tools (muscle busters!) and has different tables depending on the issue you're having. (one is motorized and swivels and such to stretch hip muscles, etc.) He's open, relaxed and friendly, and it's clear his aim is to make you feel better.
