This caused A LOT of friction between us (we the buyers). Then, after the ridiculous sale that almost bankrupted us - he called to see if we wanted to buy more property from the "poor" seller who broke even - we paid for 2 acres what he paid for 4 acres just months before. It has never been worth anywhere near what we paid for it. The paperwork was not complete until after they had our money, then he slipped in the fact that the septic drain field was on our property - he knew I was not a fan of septic to begin with. Really can't imagine he is still working - just don't use him if he is.

I even had to meet with the termite inspector myself because he couldn't make the 30 mile drive. He never kept me updated on what was going on during the Sales process either. Then, after the Sale was complete, where he didn't even find the buyer, he took total credit for finding them. The kicker was that, after closing, I never heard so much as a thank you from him. All he did was badger me to try to get me to sell him items from my father's estate after he began by telling me that he was "really cheap", right after he'd received the easiest commission he's ever made. One day he actually told me he didn't have time time to yakking to me because he was fishing. When confronted about how I didn't like a few things he was doing, he told me to "take a full page ad out in the Eastern Shore News". Take your business elsewhere if you want to work with a professional. This guy is a cheapskate.
