I will be forever grateful that Melanie at Siren Boudoir came into my life…read more While searching for a Boudoir Photographer as a gift to my now husband on our Wedding Day, I reached out to over a dozen photographers and no one shared my vision nor matched my needs more than Melanie. She was impressively responsive, extremely personable, and exquisitely professional. I had so many qualms and anxieties headed into the shoot that quickly dispersed once I met her in person and we got started. Melanie opened up her beautiful home to me and made me feel at ease. She gave me plenty of direction while still allowing me to share my creative suggestions. She kept to her word on when the initial proofs were to be delivered and I was blown away by what I saw. (My husband was too!) Melanie has a genuine knack for capturing the most beautiful aspects of any woman and putting them on film. I cannot wait to return again to do another photo shoot in a few years (or maybe even for maternity photos when that time comes). Her prices were so extremely competitive (even though she wasn't the cheapest) but the value I received from the quality of work surpasses what I paid. She was definitely not even the closest (as I drove over 1 1/2 hours from Upland to Beaumont) but she was worth the traffic. Thank you, Melanie! You now feel like a longtime friend to me.

I actually had a…read moresession scheduled with a photographer from a different company but she cancelled on me an hour before my shoot. I was so upset because I spent so much money getting myself ready for the shoot (hair, tan, eyelashes, nails). Luckily, I was referred to Melanie with Siren Boudoir and she was able to take me that same day and I'm soooo happy she did! My pictures came out so much nicer, more polished, and definitely more professional looking than the pictures I saw on the other photographer's website. When I gave my pictures to my boyfriend for Christmas, he was literally speechless! I was so impressed that I recommended her to a friend. My friend went ahead and booked a session and loved it too! Melanie definitely makes you feel very comfortable (which can be difficult if you plan on being a half naked sexy seductress LOL). I love that I look like me in my pictures with the advantage and the best lighting and poses. LOL You will definitely be pleased with Melanie's work. She's not cheap, but you definitely get more for your buck with her. Besides, when you're getting boudoir shots captured, you don't want an amateur.

She is absolutely incredible at making you feel comfortable, confident, sexy, and, most importantly, like you're having FUN! I am beyond impressed with her work. Not only is Beth an incredibly talented photographer, but she is also an amazing makeup artist. She did my makeup for both of my shoots, and she also brought in the sweetest hairstylist to take care of my hair. Every detail came together beautifully, and the final results exceeded my expectations both times. If you've ever considered doing a photoshoot for yourself, your significant other, or simply as a way to celebrate yourself, I genuinely cannot recommend Beth enough. She played music and made champagne cocktails to help make the experience extra special. Katie from Beauty and the Beach did the hair and makeup, and also did an amazing job, even retouching the makeup and playing with different hairstyles with each outfit change. Now for the pictures - I had absolutely no idea what I was doing walking into it. But Rani is so great giving you tips, instructing you, and posing you to get the best angles for your body. She'll even show you poses herself. You could tell she works incredibly hard but also loves what she does. It was so fun feeling like a supermodel for a day and would highly recommend all women experiencing this. And I honestly believe you can't do better than Rani. Her pricing is also very reasonable considering everything her packages include. Some other boudoir photographs may seem a bit cheaper on the surface, but maybe won't include hair and makeup, etc. Overall, boudoir ain't cheap, and to me, feeling safe, comfortable, having fun, AND getting high-quality pictures is well worth it. You won't regret it.

When I was going through the proofs, I was in awe of my photos and I couldn't even believe that they were of me. She was able to emphasize the better parts of me while minimizing the areas of me that I don't really care for. It's easy to be uncomfortable while taking these kinds of photos but Rani has such a sweet, vibrant personality that I felt like I have known her for ages. She and Heather from Beauty and the Beach (who did the makeup) are a great pair and it was honestly a ton of fun taking these photos. Rani's customer service is also top-notch and after experiencing less than stellar customer service from some other photographers, I am extra appreciative of Rani. She created a beautiful album for me and since she knew I was very busy planning for my wedding, she included all of my photos on a disc "just because". Her packaging for her products is super cute and fun and definitely added the extra "oomph" to her already great work. The lighting in her studio is really ideal for photo shoots and is very flattering. I researched quite a few photographers in the area and Rani was by far the most reasonable, especially for the quality and what is included in her packages. She has a great variety of backgrounds and props/furniture at her disposal in her studio and she was lugging in more backdrops when I came in that day. She really is enthusiastic about her photography and is always on the lookout for something else to include at her studio for her clients. Her communication with me was always prompt, which is always appreciated. I highly encourage everyone to get these done (and soon!).
