They removed a 100 foot grandfather OAK Tree plus two others from my tiny backyard and never disturbed anything in my yard.

The trees were ridiculously messy and not a good choice for a wind break. Ben and his crew came out and knocked the job out for us very quickly. The price was more than fair for the labor involved. And, because they did such a fantastic job, I've hired them to continue with our plans for tree removal throughout our acres. Ben was willing to speak with me about every concern and detail I wished to cover. That's how you know they're true professionals. They aren't afraid to hear a customer's voice. So, as I've already stated, they've removed 16 trees for us, next week we're scheduled for 10 more. After that, I'll be getting the estimate for even more. I'm confident I won't be disappointed. Update: The crew came back out, as scheduled, to remove 10 trees from beside our driveway. I swear it's like watching them do a perfectly choreographed dance when they get going. Each man knows where to be and when. I'm probably a weirdo for watching them, but it truly is just mesmerizing in action. I happen to appreciate talent and efficiency more than the next person, I suppose. Anyway, they will now be hired for a 3rd, not final, job in the upcoming months. I made the best decision by getting in touch with this company.

We moved into a home where the property's trees were either neglected or just not in the right places, and Ben's recommendations and continued advice to remedy issues (and deal with the most challenging of neighbors...NOT part of the contract but he did it with empathy and patience) made this go so smoothly. We are so impressed and have recommended this company already to neighbors who loved the work, too!

They offered a reasonable estimate of cost, and said that they would also prune some of the branches of our other trees that were about to touch our house and deck, and seal off one tree that had insects, which was far from house. They did a good job with tree removal and stump grinding. They did leave a large oil stain on our driveway, which they cleaned up the following day after I complained. However, the pruning was a disaster. They mutilated our other beautiful trees. It seemed as though they were prepariing the other trees for removal, instead of gentle pruning. Some of the trees were very far from the house. It makes me ill to look at them. Our landscaper said it would take 3 years for the trees to recover. He recommended that we not pay for the pruning. When I said we already had paid, he said that the tree service should at least provide tree root fertilizer to promote growth and healing. Despite numerous texts and emails, including photos, to both Omar and Norlan, they have not done anything, including responding to my most recent communications. The only thing they said was that: "I can't glue the branches back;" and "The trees will bloom again." OK FOR TREE REMOVAL, DISASTROUS FOR PRUNING!

They came out to remove it the next morning, and had it down in less than an hour, at a very modest price. If I need work like this again, I know who I'm calling first!
