My sister and I was involved in an almost head on collision in August of 2021. I will never take my insurance anywhere else due to the service I received from this agency. Devonna was the best throughout my entire claim. The other party had no insurance. So, my insurance had to pay. My sister had a terrible arm fracture and numerous surgeries to her arm. I had broken ribs and severe whiplash. I had to have a rental car and once my rental car coverage expired who offers her personal vehicle to me. My insurance agent, Devonna does. She is absolutely AMAZING to say the least. I, however, didn't need to use her car but the mere fact she offered will forever make me look at my agent in a different way.
