They showed up on time, That's The ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY. After the Technician showed up I told him I had changed Inlet water screen, ignitor and flame rods and had flushed the system. He called Rinnai Tech Support, checked a few things I had already pretty much ruled out and after about 1 1/2 hours, in his own words .... "Ran diagnostic on Rinnai tankless heater with Rinnai proline. Came to conclusion that burner needs replaced or pulled and cleaned" .... He proceeded to tell me it would be $230 for today's visit and he was leaving....I asked him well that's all your going to do and he replied well I could pull the burner and clean it but Rinnai stated it would be 8 hr job at $120 and hour or he could put me in a NEW tankless for $4,000..... I thought he was kidding at first but realized he wasn't and he was leaving and I had NO HOT Water and a wife that was pissed!!! We had been without hot water for days!!!!! I THOUGHT Calling a So Called Professional Plumber was what I needed to do as to not void any warranty...BIG MISTAKE.... After stewing about NO HOT water for the weekend and possibly having to find a way to get it fixed, I looked to YouTube for videos on cleaning burners on Rinnai tankless system...I found a video from a Professional Technician . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hmD4v3lm0-8. After watching a 7 1/2 minute video on taking burner out and cleaning it had to take out the burner and clean it, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER!!! It took me about an hour to take burner out, clean it, blow it out and put everything back together!! Guess what??? I have Hot Water Now because I fixed it, Not this so called Professional Company!!! One call to this plumbing company received a quick response. Jody and Cody were efficient, experienced, professional yet fun and friendly. Explained in detail several options for a leaking water line. Since the water line was 24 years old, we went with replacement. Even though slightly dangerous, as our house is on a steep slope, they were able to reroute the water line down and around a driveway then back into the basement. Within eight hours of calling, we had a rerouted water service line with a new shut off, an expansion tank added to hot water heater, and a replaced outside faucet. Plus site clean-up and covered buried line with straw to prevent rain water run-off. Quality work done. Thank You Guys!

I didn't start the text with my name, but he never ask for any amplifying information just let me know he blocked me because I started with "religious intent" and that he wasn't sure what religion had to do with hiring an electrician. I never stated that religion had to do with the job. My only intent was to get a quote to have some electrical work done. I needed help with a Kohler bath shower system I had installed myself years ago. I called a major Kohler fixtures supplier and asked if they could recommend a plumbing company for a Kohler repair. They recommended SCP. I had issues with water temperature control and a partially stopped up rain forest shower head system. Their tech came out, (Greg I think) and was very knowledgeable and professional. I had done some research already and Greg not only diagnosed the temp problem but had the correct parts on his truck to fix the issue. Great job. What impressed me more was Greg's ability to explain a variety of solutions for the shower head system. Being somewhat experienced I was very pleased that Greg had simple, straight forward solutions.
