Jordan inspected the tree and found it was in good shape and just needed a little help to mend up by pruning some weight and adding a pair of cables high up to help the two main trunks mend together. The quoted price seemed fair, and actually ended up being a little less after he started working and realized he didn't need to prune quite as much. He did an excellent job cleaning up the debris as well. Highly recommend!

Brandon Powell, the owner, came that night to survey the damage. He provided a fair quote and returned the next day on time. We decided to hire him since he did provide us with the lowest quote out of all the places we had come out. He came out, reluctantly, on a Saturday to do the quoted work (take down 1 tree and trim 3 more). He was supposed to show up between 9 and 10am. When he wasn't here by 10:15, I texted him. He said he'd still be another hour or so and could only take down the tree, not do the trimming. Around 11:30 he showed up. He took down the tree, which almost hit my house, cleaned up, and said he'd be back Tuesday to do the trimming. Guess who never showed up on Tuesday? Powell Tree Service. I tried contacting him and he never responded. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Brandon is unreliable.
