Today 8/25/2021 I received my Blue Cross statement that clearly states patient does not owe anything. Blue Shield is informing them to mail me my check as I'm not spending my gas money to go anywhere near that office. My question would be how many patients have paid when they did not have too and the Billing (Dr. Wife Ellen) doesn't bother telling them they overpaid. Patients should make sure of the charges before you see the Doctor! My wife used to do medical billing maybe she should give the Dr.s Billing dept. a refresher course?
