We were referred to this amazing Dental team, by the business that we were temporarily renting a home from. My first visit, i was in need of having a crown glued back on. It had popped off, thankfully I didn't damage it...but Dr. Liu put it back in place quickly. This was my first time meeting this wonderful team at HCFD. I've also had two dental cleanings in our first year and they also spotted two very small cavities that I wasn't aware of, as I typically get 3 cleanings a year and take very good care of my teeth. Both cleanings were done by Susan...who is very pleasant, gentle and sweet. :) The fillings were just done today, and they were quick, easy and painless (so small, they didn't require any numbing YAY! Hence taking proactive care before they got worse, it was a simple procedure). I was in and out in 25 minutes!!! Dr. Liu was extremely gently and explained the process as he completed the task. Every staff member was genuine, kind and professional. I am very impressed by the professionalism of this staff. They all go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and don't experience any pain. (No one truly likes dental work, but this team is wonderful!). I can't say enough about this practice and I appreciate each and every one of them! The office is gorgeous! It is beautifully and professionally decorated...a very relaxing atmosphere. The minute you walk through the door, you are greeted by Savannah, the front desk administrator, who is top notch in knowing exactly what treatment you are there for and helpful with all the questions and details you may have. Dr. Sims has managed to put together one of the best teams I have ever seen in my 25 years of management experience. Everyone is lovely to deal with. It is obvious after visiting a few times that the employees enjoy and respect each other. Not just by helping each other out so that clients do not wait and are completely informed, but wearing a smile and attitudes that they truly enjoy their jobs. They are so cohesive and efficient. I, personally would like to recognize Lauren, Lindsey and Dr. Jenkins. They all treated me with great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy and listen to what I was talking about rather it was related to my treatment or personal. I have been extremely satisfied with my experience with this practice. As someone who does not usually like a visit to the dentist, I completely forget my purpose for being there. Scammy, slimy sales tactics full of false allegations and aggressive behavior. The dentist had me…read morein tears as I wanted a simple cleaning and said he could only do a $600 treatment plan. He told me I had no cavities but proceeded to diagnose me with periodontal disease which at the end of the visit said he could UNDIAGNOSE me for a lesser treatment plan which was still unrelated to what I was there for. The dentist diagnoses this from X-rays alone without even inspecting my teeth. He had treatment plans ready to sell before even viewing my teeth himself. He decided to use google AI as proof that I needed this and when I kept politely declining the service to only have a teeth cleaning he starting using aggressive tone and language and was beyond rude. Needless to say, he had me in tears because I wouldn't pay for his incorrect diagnosis. This facility needs to be reviewed by the board of dentistry for malepractice and harassment. Finally, they had all client information for upcoming appointments with date of births and other confidential information on the screen while I waited.
