We were in town for the Cover Bridge Arts & Crafts Festival, Knoebels 5K, and Halloween Fun @ Knoebels. This wonderful treasure, was discovered, of course as I searched for highly recommended pizza places in the area. As a YELP elite, of 6 years, YELP reviews are always my go too for places. I honestly wish some establishments could receive more then 5 stars, this pizza place deserved it least 6 stars. Customer service, was outstanding, welcoming and very helpful. Needing to up our stomachs with carbs for the race the next day.... we selected three slices of pizza. First slice was cheese, Second slice was buffalo chicken, and the third slice was another delicious selection ( honestly forgot). The pizza reminded us of NY style pizza, fresh, tasty, perfect amount of ingredients, presented to appetize our hungry palates, and even warmed in oven, and brought out to us. I'm by no means a fan of hot sauce, or really boneless wings, except for Superbowl and rare occasions. As we were cashing out, and ordering are food, there was a sign boneless wings, 1/2 pound under $ 6. The wings we selected were bbq mild, full of flavor, and hearty pieces of chicken. Thank you JB'S for your hospitality, friendly staff, amazing prices, and superb quality of food. Will be sure to come back again when where in town.

It was always consistent, family-owned, and the kind of place that brought back great memories with every visit. Since it had been a while since we had moved out of the area, we were craving that signature homemade touch. I ordered the Cheesesteak in the Garden, while my wife chose the Cheeseburger Sub, expecting the same quality we remembered. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. I've heard rumors that the restaurant is under new ownership, and whether that's true or not, the food certainly felt different. The sub rolls were flimsy and lacked the fresh, homemade texture that made Giugi's so special. The meats and toppings seemed hastily assembled rather than carefully crafted, and the overall flavor was surprisingly bland. The savory, satisfying taste we had always associated with Giugi's simply wasn't there. On a positive note, the front-of-house staff was friendly, welcoming, and personable. Their service was genuinely appreciated, even if the food didn't live up to expectations. One thing that caught my attention was that the charge on my bank statement appeared under a different business name, which made me wonder if the restaurant has changed ownership. Sadly, this was a very disappointing return visit. Giugi's was once my go-to destination for authentic Italian subs and pizza in Sunbury. Today, it feels more like a reminder of what it used to be than the local institution I remember. Rating: (2/5) I truly hope Giugi's can rediscover the quality and pride that made it a Sunbury favorite for so many years.

The Gyro came with crispy fries but the tzatziki sauce was two dollars extra. The salad was huge with plenty of lamb and feta. The olives were regular black style from a can.
