I definitely recommend if you are coming for mums whether pre made or starting from scratch to do things early on and price items/mums at different places first for the best deals. I drove from Wylie so that's why the price for the amount of stuff I bought seemed over priced. Also at check out, be prepared for a long line. It did move fairly decent so keep this in mind if you think it's an in and out type of thing but maybe it was just the time I went. When I was at the register the female working was being assisted by an older gentleman. Not sure if she was not having a good day but I literally witnessed him telling her that he didn't know if she just didn't want to work. He also noticed she was messing with a stapler and he told her something about that with an attitude and continued helping check me out. Although she did seem like she didn't want to be there. So he was calling out prices to her of my items and honestly I don't know if that combination was accurate. It doesn't help customers that the receipt doesn't show items listed w/the description, it only shows prices. I'm ok with no returns policy but not ok if the prices didn't match up with the items I had with me because of how the two were handling things.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but my experience with this company's customer service was beyond disappointing. Two days before my son's football signing day, I ordered a balloon display. Although I had ordered from another company, I was told the colors that I requested had not arrived. I contacted the owner of this company, Barbara, and my initial interaction was great--she assured me they could fulfill my order without issue. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Several problems led to this review: 1. The balloons weren't ready when my husband arrived for pickup. He waited over 20 minutes while they were rushed to completion. 2. The vinyl lettering on two balloons was warped. 3. The lettering was placed on the wrong balloons. 4. The font on the largest (32-inch) balloon was too small. Since the balloon naturally twirled, the text was barely visible. (I expected a professional to anticipate this issue.) 5. One batch of balloons had helium issues and didn't sit fully upright. The worst part? When I called the next day to calmly provide feedback, I was met with sarcasm: "So, you're the balloon expert?" and "I can't be responsible for the balloon twirling!" No, I'm not an expert--but at $120 for a jumbo balloon and $39 for a small set, I expect quality. Of course I would never felt the need to call if the balloons had been made correctly. I had hoped the owner wasn't aware of these issues, but our conversation proved otherwise. She was fully aware and offered no compassion for my experience. She did offer a refund, which I accepted--but weeks passed, and despite multiple follow-ups, it never came. I've given up on the refund, but the disappointment remains. I love supporting small, minority-owned businesses, and I had future events in mind (2 proms, 2 graduations, an a 20 year anniversary). Sadly, I can't risk another letdown and will be in search for another company.
