Scheduled an appointment for this company they called three hours before wanting to come early. (be…read moremindful that their appointment window was already three hours long and they wanted to come 3 hours before the window) Then after they showed up, they said they would send over the quote, never did then declined the job. After diagnosis they wanted me to pay a 3% credit card fee, which was not disclosed to me prior. It's the cost of doing business, I as the consumer am not going to pay labor, marked up parts, plus a cc fee.
