Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs…read more I had the unfortunate experience of reaching out to Ohio Cash Buyers regarding a property I had under contract. I was met with outright hostility and disrespect from someone named Chris, who immediately cursed me out for simply trying to do business. I was professional, clear, and courteous and in return, I got uncalled-for verbal abuse. This is hands-down the most unprofessional and toxic interaction I've had in real estate. If this is how they treat potential partners, I can only imagine how they treat sellers or buyers. Chris needs a serious lesson in basic decency and customer service. Total disgrace to the industry. Stay far away. There are plenty of ethical, respectful investors out there ; this is not one of them.

She has many years of experience and a wealth knowledgeable with the business of real estate. Explaining any aspect of the housing market or process we wanted to understand without hesitation. She has lived in the Dayton, Ohio area for many years and was well aware of areas to stay clear of to where the best schools were. Although our house hunting continued on for a couple months and into the hottest time of the market, she was always ready to help any way she could. We found her to be professional, personable, endlessly patient, trustworthy, incredibly generous with her time and a quality we sincerely appreciated was her honesty. After looking at each home she took time to review with us things she found of concern and also things that were excellent features of a house. On a couple occasions, we had overlooked these things and thankful for her input and guidance on each aspect. It was excellent receiving the pros and cons but Linda never pressured us on anything. When it came to negotiating issues with the house we chose, she provided excellent guidance and communicated expertly with the sellers Realtor and achieved our desired outcome! We can't recall having a more positive experience and recommend her without reservation to anyone looking to buy a home. If you have the opportunity to have her as your real estate agent, you cannot get anyone better to guide and represent you in Ohio. She will save you, time, money and headaches through the entire process.
