Over the next several hours, Travis found the leak and repaired a gasket which was not seated properly. He then reinstalled the plastic fairing and other body pieces. That was no easy task. He test drove it and called me the following day to tell me it was ready. He then picked me up at the motel and drove me to the shop. The Honda motorcycle dealer said it would be a week before they could even look at the machine. I am on a long motorcycle trip and didn't want to wait that long. I never expected that Travis could fix it overnight. Travis has many talents. He started welding at age five with his dad. He loves cars, trucks, and motorcycles. His talent, professionalism, and kindness would be hard to match. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

One which included missing filling the coolant before it left. My bike overheated while I was taking a short trip and stalled. Got back home with it and checked the coolant reservoirs, nothing. Definitely has damage from the heat and is knocking bad. I called and they swear that they'll "Make it right". I bring it back in and they basically tell me I'm lying and they filled everything up. It was absolutely fruitless to argue with Shane and the mechanic, so I gave up. I guess all I can do is take the loss on the bike and not come back. I've saved a bunch of co-workers from coming here already from telling them this story so that's all the compensation I can hope for at this point. If you value your machine, please don't come here.
