We have had a few maintenance issues and they are always on top of it. Had them fixed within 24 hrs. The hallways are always nice and clean. Have never had any package issues. We have underground parking and a garage (great amenities we were looking for). We also have great neighbors everyone is pretty quiet and to themselves, however always friendly. Property also has a decent gym that is always nice and clean and has great equipment. Office staff is always on top of any issues you have. Would definitely recommend!

Just showed up on our credit report in collections. I called and asked for a copy of the lease. They sent me a fake lease without the wife's signature or our pet deposit on it. And my signature was not my signature. The bill of charges was dated the next day after we moved out for carpet, paint and cleaning. Amazing how they did that in one day. And it was in my wifes name and the manager did not sign where she was supposed to sign it. Now i'm dealing with collections with forged documents and a nightmare.

Consistent dread of being fined or a note being put on the door warning you of something ELSE you can not do. These apartments however do include all utilities except Internet, which is nice. Be warned however. You will only have a 24 hour notice if the cable company needs to go through the building and do any changes. We asked to be notified so that we could be home when Mid Continent entered our home. We were not notified and came home from work to find the install was done. When you pay $2,200 a month for an apartment you do not expect to be treated like a heard of cattle. Also no area here for children to play.

I thought I would give her the benefit of a doubt, and maybe I caught her on a bad day, but every single time I have spoke to her all I get is her being rude, and very condescending. I simply asked for them to let me know 30 minutes before the cable guy was going to be entering my unit so I could be there. She completely blew me off. Also my truck was parked along side the field they have in front of the 4402 building. It was not hurting a thing. That truck takes me to work those 18 hour days to pay the 2200$ a month I pay to live there and she called the tow truck and had him tow mine. He told me there were 3 other trucks parked there, and she wanted mine towed. Also another time my wife had parked there with the car ( parking is almost impossible to find) and just had to run in to grab a book to return. When she got into the unit she looked out, and happened to notice a man writing TOW in big letters she immediately opened the sliding glass door and told the guy that is her car and she will be right out.. He continued to write TOW on all the windows but the windshield while screaming at her. It had her so scared and shook up she was actually afraid to return to the car. Also they fine their tenants for every little thing possible. Other than all that.. Their units are nice, and spacious. Also the garages are all two car garages and very big. I can fit both of my full size pickups in there and still have room for minor storage. So what I'm getting at is the management is horrible, the prices are crazy high, and the units are nice, very roomie, and the garages are very deep, and wide enough to comfortably fit 2 full size 4 door long bed trucks.
